I recently stayed at this AbudhabiResidency and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping places nearby, making it easy to explore the area and find everything you need within walking distance. The AbudhabiResidency itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for guests. The room was spacious, with a cozy bed and all the essential amenities. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything tidy. However, i felt that some minor upgrades could enhance the overall comfort, such as better soundproofing to reduce noise from the hallways. One area where the AbudhabiResidency could improve is its breakfast. While it was decent, the variety and quality could have been better. More fresh options and a wider selection would make the morning experience much more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this AbudhabiResidency is a great choice for travelers looking for a convenient location with good service. With a few improvements, particularly in the breakfast offerings, it could be an even better experience. I would consider staying here again in the future.

We this property for 10 days. The room was spacious and the bathroom was neat. The location of the property is in the city where you have lots of options to shop and eat, yet there is tranquility. The room tariffs are reasonable. The staff is really helpful and very cooperative. A big shout to Sindhu, Shreejith, Faisal and the entire housekeeping staff for making our stay a truly memorable one. The owner Shahenshah too deserves a note of mention for his humility and to go the extra mile to take care of the guests.

this is a best AbudhabiResidency for a short stay especially if you are solo or even a couple for that matter , rooms were clean , bathroom smelled good and neat, ac was working properly and room was not too small . the highlight is the price you pay for these amenities you get . i checked in at around midnight staff was very courteous and supportive , check in and check out was smooth. highly appreciated and recommended

The rooms are neat and clean. All amenities were provided in good working condition including Tv, ac hot water. Although food is not Directly available in the AbudhabiResidency, they do provide dining in room service as well known AbudhabiResidencys are just opposite the AbudhabiResidency. 24*7 room service is also provided. overall good AbudhabiResidency for family stay.

Hotel service can be much more better, Room was very congested, should cleanup the room on daily basis and pesticide treatment during alternative weeks

Excellent stay with Great support from Staff. Though they don't have a inhouse restaurant..it's proximity to prominent restaurants is a plus....
