Hotel Soorya City

Couldn’t find the hotel as it’s behind a shopping complex. Poor housekeeping as staffs are not trained other than front office.

they given room attached to other room , other room people are listening songs with loud sound,no sleep at night , no proper hot water , room smells like smoking . Really not good sleep. I don't book room in this hotel again

The room was not maintained properly. The furniture was old and worn out. Phone was not working, and inspite of complaint, they didnt follow up. Though the staff were courteous, they were not proactive

The room is below standard. The tiles are broken and the furniture has damages. The rooms are not clean the furniture and sheets are not spot free. The service is really bad i asked for water and did not get any. Even if there is a kettle inside the room and is a three star facility they would not provide tea bags and creamer.

No hot water in room, whole day, and night, location difficult to locate reception, poor room services/ food etc no invoice at check out time ( 1 pm - 8pm.

Rooms are not maintained properly and also charges additional amount for dental kits. Bed sheets are also torned.

In my life first time most wrost experience, no food support, no ac most of the time, bad attitude by customer relationship manager one lady sitting in glass cabin, no cleaning, no got water,

Booked this hotel on 02/04/2024 everything was fine before getting a call from this hotel. Receptionist called me at 12:30am and informed that my booking is confirmed but they can't give any rooms in the hotel due to some maintenance works. Alternatively we have to check in to another branch of the hotel which is located in olavakkode. Just imagine we are 5 in the group with a 4 years old child, midnight time searching for an another hotel. After the argument he was admitted his mistake and promised me to call back with in 15 minutes. Within 15 minutes i received a call from him and it was a positive response. We got the same rooms and it was a smooth check in. However, i did't find any maintenance work there. Except that phone call everything is okay for us. Thank you ashok and security guard for a smooth check in.

our stay was horrible. When i enter inside the room, full of cigarette smell and no cleanliness maintained. Toilet separated with a curtain with full of dirt and i was afraid to touch that curtain. Inside the room, on the roof with spider web. Ac temperature was not adjustable. Horrible stay. I won’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

There is no lift. Being a senior citizen, I found it difficult to climb the stairs since I was allotted room in the first floor. House keeping needs a lot of improvement.

Good rooms with ac. Washrooms were clean and and staff were nice. There are restaurants and bar near by.

It was a nice stay. Reception is responding on time for our requests. Room and toilet are very clean.

It was need to make guest with hospitality but i have not seen in this hotel along with while making information of room cleaning not done and water single day provided next day not provided

Stay at hotel was good. I stayed with my family one night and vacated by 11am. The refrigerator in the room was not maintained well and the bedsheet was also not cleaned well
