1. No hot water in room even for bath. We had to transport hot water bucket, remotely heated
2. No brush, paste whereas the charges of 5 star. But the overall arrangement and provisions like a ordinary resort. 3. Cleanliness and food quality compromised, the oil for papad and french fries smeels bad.
