We had the pleasure of staying at nazneen group of houseboats in srinagar dal lake on january 1st week, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with comfort in mind. The availability of hot water at all times was a great convenience, especially during chilly evenings. The houseboat is located in the serene and upscale dal lake locality, offering the perfect blend of peace and accessibility. Its prime location makes it easy to explore the city while still being a tranquil retreat. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. The ambiance of the property truly lives up to its name, exuding luxury and warmth in equal measure. I highly recommend nazneen houseboat for anyone seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay in srinagar. It’s a gem that enhances the beauty of this already stunning city!

The fact that this houseboat is gorgeous with all the intricate cedarwood carvings, perfectly adorned interiors coupled with an amazing view of the mighty Himalayas doesn't even begin to describe why I'm in love with this place. As soon as we reached the dock, we were greeted by an entourage of staff and were seated in the houseboat Front Area with a nice hot cup of Kahwa and assorted cookies. The owner personally greeted us and as we spoke about our trip,we instantly knew we were going to enjoy every bit of our experience in the houseboat. The owner spoke to us for a good hour about his travels and experiences about the world and personally made sure we were taken care of with a scrumptious Kashmiri dinner. The chef also delivered on our dessert request. The staff were so polite and welcoming and took care of our every need no matter what. There's something to say about the hospitality & extreme kindness of the Kashmiri people and this place definitively deserves an award for the best hospitality ever. I definitely recommend this place, not just for the experience of staying in a luxurious and well maintained houseboat, but for everything in between. I promise your heart will be full with love for the people of Kashmir and you'll want to come back for more because of how well the owner and the staff take care of you at the Nazneen Groupof Houseboats 🚢⛵!

Very clean, lots of amenities and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend it. You could even get meals on the boat if you just want to chill.

If anyone is looking for perfect stay and hospitality in srinagar, then guys i must recommend you all this 'nazneen group of houseboat. It's amazing, the most cosy, homely environment, sumptuous food and amazing host. Words just cannot describe its beauty. So without any 2nd thought just go for it guys. We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and every moment was really wonderful. Rooms, washrooms dining area everything was neat and clean. Special thanks to o mar and gull bhai who always added the personal touch to our trip, which made it really memorable to us. Will definitely visit here again very soon.

The caretaker was very good and well mannered. The location of the house boat is also good. The location was good and a bit away from the road, thus quiet and peaceful. Caretaker owais was very helpful and went out of his way to make us comfortable. The room sand bed were big. The goodness ends here. The houseboat is almost 40yrs old. Rugs are old and the wardrobes and drawers were unclean. In the bathroom the flush doesn't work properly, the tap was broken, the drawers were not clean, previously used tissue papers and rolls were there. The bathtub separator had fungus stains all over. Basically the owner (who was a nice person) does not have much interest in the improving this property. He has multiple other hotels and source of revenue thus is reluctant about this one. Also, the food was bad both breakfast and dinner. Overall, nice and helpful caretaker, but a bad stay experience

It's at Ghat no 9 at Dal lake. Shikha ride from ghat to house boat was complementary. Mr Javed has welcomed us with heartful greetings. The house boat is spacious, well decorated and clean. All modern amenities are available. View of Dal lake at night from the deck is mesmerizing.

the location was superb.it was a nice stay. staff named saquir very helpful and well behaved. The food is average.

Horrible stay at boat house. Worst dinner and highly charged. No electricity has available in the night at 9 to 11:30 pm and also lots of mosquito which make you more angry and house boat owner is not providing you mosquito repellent. In the morning i have to leave early and they provided me just tea and bread and that to overcharged. It's a nightmare for me and my family. Don't stay at house boat at all.

Location was beautiful, staff was good. Food served was bad, there were no lights till 4:00. Not value for money.

Located close by to ghat no 9, was picked up by a shikara of the hotel, check in was smooth, rooms were clean as were the bathroom, food was bad, ordered rice with dal in the night and were served a pretty average tasting food. Had power cut in the night, had to check out in the morning and were offered breakfast which was part of the package. Bread and omelette were given and the bread was very hard and old. Food and service should improve. Usp of the boat is their bathroom which is really good, with a tub and neatly maintained areas.

Worst food, no cleanliness in rooms.

Stay is comfortable nd location is awesome but food quality is very poor. Room service gud. Weak point is this house boat is after 8 pm is u are not going to market nd resturent bcoz there is no service to go out this house boat

Right from transporting us from the ghat to the boathouse, welcoming us with kahwa tea with honey, the super delicious kashmiri special food (i think it was wazwan, arranging shikara for us, etc etc. Everything was done so perfectly and with a smile. We had booked a premier room and it was so wonderfully done. Well heated, properly bedded, bathrooms were dry and clean, hot water running 24x7 made it so comfortable. Had a beautiful dal lake overlooking view

No words can express the hospitality and luxury of this houseboat nazneen. Spacious rooms, ultra-modern toilet, best in-class f&b, ambiance and every tiny things are taken care of. We had a time of our lifetime staying at this houseboat. If you decide to stay at dal lake, this is the only place to stay. You will not regret any penny that you have paid for it. Our only regret is that we stayed for just 02 night !

We really enjoyed the fabulous hospitality of omer, ya-seen and the team! mr ya-seen patiently answered our questions about local life, helped us fine-tune our sightseeing plans, and arranged everything for us to have a great experience. He also went above and beyond to help us is srinagar after we checked out - thank you, yaseen! we were only able to stay for 2 night this time, but we definitely plan to spend more days at nazneen another time.
