Horrible Experience with Shesh BaghBoutique & MakeMyTrip Support
I had a terrible experience with my recent booking at Shesh Bagh Boutique in Srinagar through MakeMyTrip. Despite securing the booking well in advance, the homestay denied our stay upon arrival, leaving us stranded. The property management was unprofessional and unhelpful, which completely ruined our trip. It would not get any worse as MakeMyTrip's support was totally useless. They could not resolve the problem nor provide an appropriate alternative. So, everything was managed on our own. I would not recommend booking Shesh Bagh Boutique and, definitely, will not use MakeMyTrip again for my future plans. Both property and platform lack reliability and proper customer support.

FRIENDLY STAFF GOOD ACCOMODATION NEAT AND CLEAN PLACE LOCATION IS GOOD HIGHLY PREFERRED TO STAY 👍👍
