It's an average property but overhyped. The amenities are basic, and maintenance is severely neglected. The bed linens were stained and dirty throughout our seven-night stay, despite changing rooms multiple times. The toilet flush was not functioning, and there was leakage in the pipes. The bathroom's washbasin was blocked and couldn't be repaired within seven days. The kitchen was extremely dirty, with cigarettes and bidis thrown in the washbasin and on the cooking platform. Utensils were piled up, dirty, and smelled bad, and the cook was inefficient. Wi-Fi and TV were out of service for the entire stay. The only positives are its proximity to the airport and the host, Tufail. Overall, this property is highly overrated.

I recently stayed at a homestay and had a very good experience. The place was neat, comfortable, and gave a homely feeling. The best part of our stay was the manager, Adnan, who was very helpful and kind. Since the chef was on leave, Adnan personally took care of all our needs. He arranged everything we asked for and made sure we were comfortable. His friendly behavior made us feel welcome and relaxed. The room was clean and had all the basic facilities. The homestay was located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made our stay even more pleasant. It was also close to nearby tourist spots. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thanks to Adnan for his support. I would definitely recommend this homestay to others

Food was excellent, staff is really helpful, room service is available all the time and morning tea is served anytime you want. Location is close to airport, property is very clean and rooms are quite big. It is ideal for stay if you are planning to visit nearby locations like Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahalgam etc.
