Very bad service no response persion there and no respect are tour-est and breakfast is not good cleaning is not good

Worse stay they show different photo of rooms moreever very bad staff so rude overall never book this stay terrible place rooms was so small no interior total wastage of money never gone book this place again

Pathetic place - no facility for the tourists. The owner of the house boat is least bothered about the issues being faced by the guests. I would never recommend this to any solo travellers as well.

House boat was too bad, broken room condition and not same in photo. I will not suggest anyone to book this boat. We had to argue with house boat owner then he shifted to another boat that was good. But he was charging money but we didn't pay.

I booked 1 deluxe room there. There is no view from boat, this czara boat is standing in the middle of the boats. Room was made of ply board only, no interior no sunmica, no paint was there, mr. Aizaz told me that u can hove dinner on the other boat, which they called super deluxe. But trust me from there also, there is no view. Czara is my worst experience ever

Great stay. Very cordial hospitality. Never said no to anything. Service is good. Improvement is imminent. Need to improve on food varieties. Food quality and cooking is good.

We had booked their super deluxe and a deluxe room. Ajaz was available 24*7 to hear our queries and to resolve our concerns. The food was delicious yet simple. Couple of things that could make the place better- proper lighting in the rooms and fixing of the taps.

The stay was best as the staffs were very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty. I really like the stay and it was best experience. please visit and then u will come to know😍

Good to stay here,, good experience, house boat is well furnished and locality is good but it is in the last of lake you have to take shikra to reach up to the house boat that is the only issue with Ala house boat.

The staff is friendly. Received well by the owner of the houseboat. The rooms are a bit small though. One of the major concerns is however the transportation between the ghat and the houseboat. Charged Rs. 200 for every to and fro for five people. However, overall it's a good experience.

Houseboat is not the best location wise because we don't get scenic view of the lake from the front but is properly maintained and clean. Decoration is also fine. There should have been provision for food or at least coffee or tea. Rooms are bit smaller. Rest the staff is cooperative.

No TV. Worst service. Never prefer this house boat. MMT remove this house boat from your system. Else it will damage your reputation. Feels like taking back the money. Houseboat owner asking for money to get inside the room. Can you imagine?

The houseboat was the best experience I had in Srinagar and instead as per initial plan I was supposed to stay for only one day here but after seeing the location, services and hospitality. I stayed for 4 nights and it was really good. In the staff person name Firdoos is very helpful and polite. So overall, it was a very good stay and will definitely be staying in the same houseboat while visiting next time.

Good houseboat for its price. Good service, good hygiene, attentive and helpful staff and beautiful look. Shikara rides to and from the hotel were provided free of charge The only drawback is that it is harboured little inside but that is compensate in price. Overall, the hotel is very good for its price.

Had good experience staying in houseboat C zara. Few positive and negative about the stay. Very beautiful location, Friendly and supportive staff, Very good clean and hygienic rooms. No power back up.

It was a great experience of spending few nights in house boat at C Zara Dal Lake, Srinagar. I spend few nights with my family there and the loved it. We are completely satisfied with the services provided by them. Whether it is regarding food or the services provided by them. I wish them all the best for their upcoming business.
