Very poor experience never book again in my life very dirty room bathroom shower not working. No have image

Geyser were not installed in rooms. After arguing with staff for demanding a room with geyser. They give us the room with a geyser installed. But it wasn’t operational.

The hotel rooms were not as clean as expected besides that the water supply and the bathroom condition was really questionable and off. The television servives didn’t work at all. The only good thing about the hotel was the helpful staff.

Hotel not open. I am not staying here. Fraud with us

The stay was not good at all Washrooms were not clean … Fridge was not properly working even ! And lack of staff too. ?. ?

What a terrible period of stay it was. It is more of a shadi location than a hotel or restaurant. Pathetic experience overall. Waste of time and money.

Pathetic service with poor basic amenities. They took more than 1 hour to finalise check out bill.

Though the staff is cooperative yet this is not a hotel like place to stay in. It's basically a party hall. The room doesn't have basic facilities like room heater & geyser even in this weather. Delivery of food from swiggy takes 45 to 65 minutes as they don't have their own restaurant or pantry. Overall i didn't have a pleasant stay. It's room no 205. Though at the time of check in they said hot water would be available 24x7 but the geyser got dysfunctional yesternight. Though the geyser is missing in the washroom. I request you for the complete refund.

Terrible stay tv and intercom is not working very dirty no toiletry horrible stay not worth for 800 rs. Expecting refund. Overall very dirty i am only person available in the complete propery very haunted and bed to stay i don’t know why make my trip continue with such types of properties pl refund the amount

1. The staff was very helpful and cooperative 2. Mm t charged for stay including breakfast but upon reaching the hotel informed that they have any restaurant and hence no breakfast. So i was over charged. 3. Some items were broken like the hand jet was broken. I could not get hot water (and i did not ask for it as well)

Stay was very comfortable. Food was good n delicious. Service was good.

Cooking of ac was good. Room was neat and clean. Staff was polite. Location is also good although bit far from center of delhi

we are faceing one problem of restaurent. There is no restraurent in the resort & not any food amity is there. And Staff was very good and nice

I checked in at 1 pm and since then am complaining for the cooling as ac wasn't working properly. They provided me extra fan at 9 pm. Was not at all happy with the services. Washrooms were not clean

Wow awesome service, all staff are very loyal thanks to everyone.

Need to work on service and staff training required, delayed checkin

Everything was good here. Room was perfect. Cleanliness was amazing. Overall a stay to remember.
