room amenities was not there and very dirty
Nothing in this hotel matches what was shown in the pictures, and there were no listed amenities. Even the staff admitted there is no shampoo in this hotel. They sent me body wash and insisted it was shampoo. I compared and smelled it—it was clearly the same shower gel from the shower. It felt like they were trying to fool me. Highly recommend not booking this hotel in the future.
