everything is fine, but the bedsheets and the pillow covers has stain, it's blood stain on pillow cover..

When I checked in they alloted me different room which is not as per booking I chosen city view room but they have alloted me no view room ,next day they change my room when I argued.

Pathetic customer service. They tried charging us for complimentary water, switches were not working properly Musty smell. Even charged us extra for a few hours of early check-in (though we had a long stay). Food Quality is average. Staff members were each other in the middle of the night, disturbing all the guests.

Unhygienic and Mismanagement
They don't have much staffs to take care of hotel. Very dirty and unhygienic place, towels and beds. They don't even fill the bottles for hand wash and shower gel. Old room and furnitures. You may need to wait long hours even you have booked due to mis management.
