Ac not working water spilled in washroom and room wallpaper was all teared of, ventilation exost was also not working

smell and Cockroaches inside room and bathroom. Room was not at all clean . total waste of money. staff also need grooming

A really excellent stay at aravalli residency b&b, delhi. Rooms are very clean and neat, people at reception are very humble and kind enough with the guest. Room service of food and beverages are good. Affordable package.

Unhygienic and dirty rooms at least they can maintain cleanliness. Looking ahead for better customer service and cleaning

*strengths* 1. The location is good for my purpose. 2. The price is reasonable. 3. The room has an intercom facility. Staff was co-operative; they promptly listening and trying to resolve complaints 4. The room was clean and tidy. It is good *weaknesses* 1. Super deluxe room booked, given an ordinary room. On request, the reception changed to a bigger room, but ac/tv were not working there; hence had to be content with smaller room. 2. In the smaller room too, tv was not working; after housekeeper's efforts failed, he changed set top box after lot of struggling 3. Ac was not effective 4. There is no water in bathroom. They are still struggling to resolve this issue. 5. Before the room is allotted, it should be ensured that facilities are in place and in working position. Little things from a tea cup to spoon had to be demanded when needed.

Tv was not working as they have not recharged. Overall stay was good. Room service was also good

The room was compact and small, the ac was not working not cooling at all, bathroom was stinking, bucket was dirty, tv was not working terrible experience

It should be little better. No restaurant facility inside the hotel. It takes too much time to serve food.

They did not provide tv connection to my room while other rooms they did provide. Even after complaining it few times they did not make it. The blankets were used, dirty and with stains.

Nice stay feel comfort. Hotel staff was good and very close to main road so no need to walk too much

There was a rat in a room. And they changed our room 4 times.

well this time this was a terrible experience for me to opt this property. everything was so bad starting with check in experience took so much of time. then no light in the room then i myself have to find out the mcb at the electricity meter. no intercom in working position and more terribly, no water coming in washroom. no towel, no tissue paper and toilet paper🧻. i had to asked for every small thing. not at all happy hence left the property in just 3 hours time. overall, pathetic experience visiting this property. here even bed linings were dirty. location was also very odd. not happy at all.
