Not particularly clean. The breakfast spread was decent but cleanliness wasn't up to the mark. Better options are available at this price point.

overall good experience
Breakfast was good. Clean property nice swimming pool. Polite and helpful staff. Good location to visit baga,calungate, candolim, vagator and anjuna beach. Also near by chapora fort and parra trees. Only dissatisfaction was the indoor games were not in working condition, owner must look into this.

room is fine but not up to 4 star categories. buffet breakfast is not too good. it's near by baga beach and hammer disc. they not provide welcome drink on arrival.

Property is good. We come to this property every year, however the food quality and service has dropped. It seems there are a lot of cost cutting happening. Limited staff for the restaurant is a big problem as a customer you have to wait which is not a good sign. Amenities are nice but not maintained. Overall an average experience - thank you
