Excellent Stay

Excellent Stay
I booked this and found an amazing stay here. Stuffs are very polite and they take care of your children too. You can have to your breakfast, lunch and dinner on buffet here. Meals are delicious and if you want these on ala carte then you have to order before few hours.

coupleToo far from the city, staff behaviour is not good, not available hot water in the room overall not good for staying.

Mr Himanshu, As the name suggests the resort is located on a hill nearly 1 km from the dal lake given location on your booking site as well. We have 50ltr geysers in every room for hot water that are 24 hr in service. As informed in your room as well that you have used all 50 ltr of hot water and have to wait for 1 hour max for hot water again. Thank you
staff behaviour
soloHi my booking was 29th to 1 of jan but I can see the behaviour then I have shifted to another hotel because the staff is too bad behaviour and they serve cold food and whenever I ask for the water, they said we can’t give you at night even though 11 o’clock so over the experience is bad. I never recommended this property, and the first thing is also it show’s it’s front of dal lake. But. No can tell.tell you if you are going to book this property in winters, you will face lot of problem it’s stand heel you will not go up late evening and in morning be very carefull

Hello Ms Ravina, The satisfaction and comfort of our guests is always our top priority. As you have mentioned the food was cold as we have heater's installed in our restaurant. I am so sorry for that but if you can write us in detail whether the food was ordered in the room or outside as the temperature was very cold. Also it is never mentioned that the resort is located infront of the dal lake. It is clearly mentioned in the location that it is 1 km away on a hill with good access. Terrible Stay
Rude behaviour food quality is too bad people don’t bothered for anything. The water is coming or not. They don’t serve water at night if it emergency so overall the experience is too bad. Cold breakfast

We would like to inform you here that our breakfast time was till 10 Am only and our restaurant staff called you multiple times but when the time of closing was near they served it in your room. As the temperature was minus may be that was the reason . Mineral water and RO water is available every time in our resort rooms. Must have been in middle of night. Maximum satisfaction is our main goal here. Thank you

Room was average not so classic as it looked in the pictures. The property is located on isolated place far and looked not safe. Breakfast was not good everything was cold. Asked for extra money while departure

Average Hotel in Good price but it doesn'thave DAL LAKE VIEW
Experience was OK... i am giving OK because of its location which is far away from city and has no view of DAL LAKE which they committed. We need to walk if you don't have convenience book to travel. Rooms are clean and has AC which always set up on 31°C which makes room warm but there is lot of power cut so on powercut they not run the AC. Food quality is good and have decent portion size for two people.

Hello Mr Ayush, The resort is lake facing and your room booked was also lake view on ground floor. As the time was of winter and foggy so the lake from the room was not visible. Excellent Stay
The location is good, adjoining with nishant baag. The hotel is 800mtr from dal lake ( nishant ghat. Great view of the lake, from the hotel also. Sunset is superb from the hotel site. The food is good, the options are limited but justified. The room is good as mentioned. The service is good.
