Hotel Standard and Restaurant

The hotel members take care of you like family. Due to the heat, water bottles are given free.

I checked in late at night. The bedsheets in the room hadn't been washed. The dinner included in the meal plan had very limited options. The room did not have the complimentary mineral water or kettle that were supposed to be provided. As for the complimentary breakfast, there was only one dish available. To make things worse, one had to climb to the first floor to even enter the hotel. The room’s lock was faulty and couldn’t be properly secured. Since it was just for a one-night stay, I somehow managed and got through it.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this place. It's conveniently located near Lal Chowk, making it a great spot for shopping. Mohammad Ashraf, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful and kind. The staff overall were friendly and provided excellent service.

Location was very good center of lal chowk,their resturant was also nice, staffs are friendly, Good budget hotel to stay at srinagar.If Rooms cleanliness improved little bit that would be better.

Hotel is at centre location for tourist and accessible with doorstep cabs and autos. Restaurent is serving good quality foods

Absolutely amazing stay at hotel standard and restaurant, it has a prime location with big spacy rooms which gives you an old yet classy vibe. The people here and nice and warm and cater to you swiftly.

The stay was good, the hotel is also well maintained, location is great & the services are also nice.

No cleanliness in washroom, fan doesn't work and bed linen is already-used by someone. Management is very poor

Room as well as washroom is not up the mark.washroom is totally unhigenique. dinner and breakfast is as per choice of hotel not customer.very poor experience.

Staff behavior was good but room found very dirty & very small room (delux room same like standard room. Room was smelling. Even door didn’t have lock also. Normal water jug & glasses got rust downside. Breakfast timing was after 8:30 am so i think if you are tourist then you need to take breakfast before 7 am then you can leave next location to visit.

Stayed with family. Rooms are big enough to accommodate a family of four. Staff was also helpful. The only thing i would suggest is that the property should take the cleanliness very seriously. The towels, furniture and especially washroom was very very dirty. There were guthka stains in all the corners. Although they would have clean it if asked, but still any property should take this thing very seriously.

It's an okay hotel at a prime location. Most people, including restaurant and service staff, in the hotel won't smile and will ignore you, except the son of the main owner who seemed to be a nice chap and talkative. Restuarant is just about okay. Service is passable. They will get customers as it's in lal chowk.

Room need to be clean and hygiene, it doesn’t matter it is small or big. Food at restaurant is good. Manager even helped me with making baby food, just a little pricey.

It was a great stay. Staff is very helpful and cooperative it was my first visit to this hotel and overall it was pleasant stay

Hotel was good and in the heart of the lal chowk. Ambiance is fine and service staff are also helpful.

Every day i have to call to geyser on but nobody attends the reception call nd breakfast starts too late
