Room cleaniness is not good Food is ok Service from Restaurant is very good but basin was not ok ask for change did not agree nor came to repair

Centrally located hotel with courteous staff. The hotel is in old building and had lot of plumbing issues, we had to change rooms twice in 2 nights. Food was tasty but breakfast could have had more options. Centrally located hotel with courteous staff. The hotel is very nice with good location, but lacking in minor things such as room amenities, toiletries and training of restaurant staff.

Location Good. House Keeping Good. Room Service Good. Reception Ok. Security Good, There is scope for improvement. . Room No. 10 Bathroom Tap is broken, so it can not be turned from cold to hot; so you have to collect water from Basin. 2. There is NO knob to the thermostat, you can not move it Bathroom tiles are painted to cover breakage. Cupboard right hand side is jam. 5. Internet is not working. (All Pictures are attached. Same breakfast everyday. Not value for money.

1.Ideal location but no place for parking . 2.staff good ,security and front line girls especially Ms Shabiya . 3. veryvery poor internet service . 4.Vegetarian food a problem in hotel and non availability in vicinity 5. Bathrooms not very clean . 6. There ought to have a small fridge in room. overall experience ok.considering the location may visit nxt time also

Hotel tariff not value to money. No professionalism. Passing responsibility to seniors, to whom we can't meet. JAIN food Breakfast hardly choice and on request they serve as if they are obliging. Out of 6 nights they took 3 nights to give both rooms next door or very near by. Package include Tea Coffee with cookies in afternoon, they initially denied and subsequently no cookies provided for all 6 days of stay. Spending was not value to money.
