Review Of Hotel Tashi Delek Regency

Worst hotel and service I had experienced. I have done booking on 30 march 2018 for two nights from 31 /03/2018 to 02/04/2018 with prepaid charges. When I reached hotel on 31/03/18 owner of hotel denied that I had not accepted your booking. After that without taking rest she send me to take printout and photo copy of voucher in rainy outside. Gave a room with broken bed, bad smell, no room service, no hot water for Bath, no drinking water, so much noisy.

Hotel location is good. From rooms balcony we experienced very good view of kanchanjangha, food was delicious specially chicken, but only the prob is gyser .. As it was operated by them from their control panel .. Bathroom gyser switch is false. Overall nice place to stay with friendly staff.

Room is very bad damp. Gyeser is not functionig well. Electrical wirs concealed board open. Behavior of the manager ms Chanda very rude. But the location & service boy are good. Floor matress open

It didn't reach our expectation, no proper service provided. We didn't even receive any towels nor the hot water. No privacy there was a ventilation to our horror it was connected to next room and Windows were all sealed.

Rooms and food everything was up to the mark. The behaviour of the staff were also very amicable. We couod even view Kanchanjunga from our hotel which was nice. The location was in the middls of Lower Pelling.

Nice hotel in lower Pelling. Satisfied with cleanliness and decoration. Provided good service with a quality restaurant. Atmosphere was representing the natural beauty of the place. Gentle behaviour of management. Over all nice to stay here.

Good value for money hotel but the food and service can be better! Rooms are not up to the mark and charges for room heater is high (as compared to other hotels we stayed in Sikkim+Darjeeling). Good for travellers having over night stay but don't expect much from this hotel even though it is rated 2-star.

Rooms are substandard with poor ventilation and without any chair, centre table, TV, and intercom. We had to change to viewing rooms.

Hotel is located at the end of the main road. Cleanliness was not good. Even for food we had to go out because they wanted 2 hours prior notice for serving food. Even with 2 persons in the room only one towel was provided. I had to call MakeMyTrip office to get the second towel.

The hotel was horrible. It was like a lodge in a bad shape.

Though the hotel room sizes and get-up are good, the services and cleranliness is extremely poor. The rooms were not made up despite requests, the WC was not cleaned despite reminders though "sanitized" band was put (which is a farce), bed sheets, pillow covers, blankets etc. appeared used and were not changed despite requests. On repeated requests, a vacuum cleaner was brought to clean the room only on the 3rd night of stay. Overall, the hotel was not kept clean and the staff was not service oriented. Though, it was a family room, only one towel was provided and no toiletries except a small soap was provided. Our vehicle was not provided parking though parking area was available and was given to other vehicles during the night. Later we were told by the hotel management that since the drivers request for parking area was not like pleading, it was not provided to him.

Managed by unprofessional people who smoke in front of customers. Now coming to the experience, the room called super deluxe. The room was shabby and the view from one of the windows was tanks and girls drying clothes on the adjacent roof. The balcony had somewhat view of the hills. The windows are waste, the airleakages in the room were blocked with newspaper, if u need to get a better hill view one needs to go to the barren unprotected 6th floor roof to get some pics. Only one blanket was provided so if two guys go prepare to share blankets. The mugs did not have handles and the towels were gamchhas. When asked for a tv, the room boy said he needs to find one first that too if available. Last but not the least I am on the process of checking out and moving to a better property while I am writing this review so you can imagine my frustration. This super deluxe room is not worth 500 bucks. One word. Avoid.

The hotel location is good. But cleanliness / upkeep very bad -- only one towel given for three occupancy room , we had to fight for extra towel. We were the only occupant in the hotel for two days. In bath room window not exhisting we had to cover with towel before bath. Horrible .

It was a good hotel with excellent food. The hotel is highly recommended and value for money.

The hotel was situated in a very good place. Near to all tour and travel kiosks. Very reliable. Services are prompt. Cleanliness is good. Good looking furniture. Supplies good food, specially bengali food.

A simple hotel managed by a family. Their services are fine. Their kitchen is OK, but the costs are very expensive. Being a small town, the high costs for the hotel as well food is the main problem. The drainage canal at the hotel's entrance penetrates into the hotel rooms, more so inside their bathrooms. The view of the Kanchenjunga range is good from their hotel.
