    Worst hotel and service I had experienced. I have done booking on 30 march 2018 for two nights from 31 /03/2018 to 02/04/2018 with prepaid charges. When I reached hotel on 31/03/18 owner of hotel denied that I had not accepted your booking. After that without taking rest she send me to take printout and photo copy of voucher in rainy outside. Gave a room with broken bed, bad smell, no room service, no hot water for Bath, no drinking water, so much noisy.

    Hotel location is good. From rooms balcony we experienced very good view of kanchanjangha, food was delicious specially chicken, but only the prob is gyser .. As it was operated by them from their control panel .. Bathroom gyser switch is false. Overall nice place to stay with friendly staff.

    Room is very bad damp. Gyeser is not functionig well. Electrical wirs concealed board open. Behavior of the manager ms Chanda very rude. But the location & service boy are good. Floor matress open

    It didn't reach our expectation, no proper service provided. We didn't even receive any towels nor the hot water. No privacy there was a ventilation to our horror it was connected to next room and Windows were all sealed.

    Rooms and food everything was up to the mark. The behaviour of the staff were also very amicable. We couod even view Kanchanjunga from our hotel which was nice. The location was in the middls of Lower Pelling.
