Voyage The Aryan Regency

We stayed here for two nights and had an amazing experience. We had booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a deluxe room that offered a beautiful view of Kanchenjunga. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Every staff member—from the receptionist to the waitstaff—was incredibly kind and helpful. The service was prompt, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, including our rooms and even the windows, which were super clean and well-maintained. Everything felt tidy, hygienic, and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay with great hospitality and warm staff. We were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this place!

I stayed there from 17/10/2025 to 20/10/2025, 3 nights with family. The room (405) was spacious and clean. Same goes for the toilet as well. The food was excellent ( we had both breakfast and dinner included). Staffs are also very polite and helpful. The location is okay, it may take 15 mins to reach the shared taxi stand. The best thing was the view of Kanchanjangha from the room and the roof top.

I stayed at this place for 02 days and the place is great. Washrooms were very clean, the staff were extremely polite and hospitable and food was very delicious. Value for money.

I booked two deluxe rooms and stayed for two nights with my kids and parents. Pros: 1) Polite and helping staff 2) Nice rooms 3) Good location, close to skywalk and other tourist locations Cons: 1) Old property, the corridor outside rooms looks like a Dharamshala 2) Does not maintain 4 star standard like curtains were not pressed, milk for infant was chargeable, kitchen was operational till 9:30PM only In all, I would recommend it as a 3-star

Food, rooms and service was good in the hotel. However the lift automatic door sensor was not working due to which it is dangerous for both adults and kids. I myself was about to get hurt first time when i tried getting into the lift

Amenities was very poor. Good service and good food.charges gst on every order even ordered with in 10 minutes in room

Very unhygienic room, lift was dirty and sensor not working. Even lock of the room was broken. Geysor and exhaust fan was not working. It was very bad and worst experience of my life. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unhygienic Room Condition and Inadequate Response – Voyage The Aryan Regency Dear [MakeMyTrip Support / Hotel Manager]Voyage the Aryan regency pelling, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding our recent stay at Voyage The Aryan Regency, which was booked through MakeMyTrip. We had reserved 4 rooms and checked in on [Insert date] at around 4:00 PM. Upon entering Room No. 3, we were immediately affected by a strong, unpleasant chemical odor. We reported this issue to the reception, and they informed us that the smell was due to some anti-fungal treatment and would dissipate soon. However, by 6:00 PM, the smell persisted and began causing discomfort to the guests in that room. We raised the issue again with the hotel staff, who then brought a table fan, opened all windows and doors, and ran the fan for two hours. Despite this, the chemical odor did not subside. Later, the explanation changed — the staff claimed that an excessive amount of room freshener had been used by mistake. We requested a change of room, but the hotel refused and instead asked us to accommodate all guests in the remaining 3 rooms. I informed them that this was unacceptable as we had paid for 4 separate rooms, and the solution offered was not satisfactory. I requested a refund for the unusable room via our booking agent (MakeMyTrip), but no action was taken at that time. Only on the following day did the hotel finally change the problematic room, after our repeated complaints. However, the inconvenience caused on the first day significantly impacted our stay and comfort. We expect: A good compensation to us . An acknowledgment of the issue and assurance of better handling of such situations in the future. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and resolve it at the earliest. note value for money hotel .for a room in this hotel is very high price. room is not very good it's average room

The accommodations were truly delightful and relaxing. Everything felt carefully chosen for optimal comfort. The atmosphere promoted a sense of calm and well-being. It was a pleasure to spend time in such a welcoming environment. I look forward to returning to this pleasant setting soon.

Good location. They organized Momo making classes for guests. Very cooperative staff. The intercom was not working. Food quality can be improved. Also elevator worked upto 4th floor and had some technical problem on 5th floor. The staff was cooperative.

The room was overlooking a gargabe dump area, there were flies in the room and basic facilities like door stopper, lift and mattress were all faulty .. Food was good, hospitality was good. Overall the price paid per night was not worth.

The room was very dirty and stinky because on chimney underneath it. The chimney has a very loud and unbearable noise and smell of food was there from 5 am to 10 pm. we had to request multiple times to change the room

I got room 103 which did not have a open window even, - no natural light and a huge noise from kitchen chimney, room was old , floor tiles not properly placed !! Over priced . However food was excellent, and the staffs were very accommodative .

Location was good, room was good. It was clean and well facilitated....But the hotel needs to improve quality of the taste of food....Staffs were polite but service was slow.
