We had a great stay here for 2 nights. The location was good, view from balcony was mesmerizing, foods were tasty but expensive. The negative point was there was no lift. Overall we love the stay here.

Average stay with mountain view
Located in lower pelling, this hotel is located close to the market. Like all other hotels you can have a peek of the mountains from your window. The rooms higher up and on the left side has better views. Positives : cheap and economical, number of eateries are nearby, has safe parking for 4 cars, staff behaviour just about okay. Negatives: dedicated full time restaurant service is absent, very small bathroom, lacks housekeeping staff. Conclusion : economical but if you search there are much better options available in pelling

Should be called a lodge
Felt like a lodge/hostel. Room and bathroom were in terrible condition. Horrible stay, i just wanted to get out asap.

Terrible stay with spiders in your room
It was not good experience at all in this hotel. The moment I opened room I find a big black spider in our bed. then it went to bed side and when I checked on bed side there was lots of cigarette buds and spider web. We call three times boys to remove 🕷️🕸️ from our room but I was afraid to stay there so we asked for change the room and they asked for 500 more rs to change our room. We felt like that time and just wanted to get rid of that place as soon as possible, even we didn't take breakfast and dinner there. Atlast i can say if you love 🕷️🕸️ , you can stay there.

Terrible experience
It was really bad experience from room to food. When we enter into the room my partner was feeling like vomiting since room was smelling. They have mentioned about tv, wifi but nothing was working. The photos they have uploaded is very old. We have ordered food from the hotel and had to return back as we were not able to eat. Since there are no restaurant available at nearby hotel, we had to managed to dal rice which was again not good. We were just surviving at that place.

Trip to pelling
The hotel is location is very good. Staff behaviour was very very good and co-operative. Safety and hygiene is maintained very highly. View of mt. Kanchenjunga from the hotel was excellent. Food was average thought but always served hot.
