Poor Stay
We stayed at the property for 3 days and 2 nights. The property has a great view and location. However, the maintenance is terrible. The room was not cleaned before our arrival (we arrived 2 hours after the official check in time), the manager was rude, the bathroom was not mopped. It clearly had remnants of the previous guests' stay. Despite registering our complaints, the staff did nothing much about it. The hostel only serves Gujarati food with zero options for guests from other communities. They do not even accept orders for extra roti or rice. Would not recommend, Pelling has several better properties.

worst property don't go there
we saw property on mmt photo and facilities had a great list so we booked but at the property we had a sub standard room with stinky room foul smelling water insects and no help from the manager just smiling and saying sorry for every thing as with family and struck in hills we had no option than to stay there in morning no water in washroom hell experience how can you list this property with no customer service

Average Stay
Overall property was good. Food quality is also good. But service staffs are not trained and very lazy. Even I face shortage of drinking water. After several calls and reminders, they are not able to provide required services.

great view pure vegetarian foo
The views from the rooms are great. You wake up to great scenery of the snow clad mountains, assuming the weather is clear. Sipping a chai from the room's balcony while enjoying the view is priceless. The restaurant is pure vegetarian, food is very tasty especially the phulka was very soft and plain daal was finger licking tasty. The breakfast has 4-5 items which are are oily but tasty. The staff is friendly and always eager to help. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean, however the age of this property is visible and probably needs some upkeep. There are many dogs on the property, they seem friendly however they are not trained so they bark at every stranger coming to the property including the customers. The location of the property is bit far from city, so you may not get any provisions within walking distance. Overall I would recommend this property for its views, food and service.

Excellent Stay
The hospitality of the team is very good. Food also very tasty. For kids and all they’re talking care as their on child. We were in a rush otherwise we’d have spent more time over there. Highly recommended place for family those who’re planning for a trip. Room cleanliness and the view also good.

Average Stay
Kanchanganga view from the rooms are very good, but food is biggest problem in hotel. 1. Food is costly as compare to food outside. Example you will get buffet at ₹500 where as it is available only at ₹300 outside. 2. You need to buy food only from their Buffet menus. If you want other dish from Menu card then it will not be available. 3. There is nothing around the hotel for outside food which is very big problem. I am mentioning this because we returned from pelling sight seeing at 1:30 pm in expectation that we will get lunch in Jain hotel. But, when we arrived at hotel, we could not get lunch because the food gets served till 1 pm only. So again we got one ₹600 cab from hotel and went for lunch outside near zero point. 5. The food available is mostly Jain food, not normal one.

Location of property very good nature aspect, food was good, amenities n services very good. House staff as sri manish n sri pray-as were very good.
Stayed for nights it was very good experience with views of kanchandunga mountain range. Sitting arrangement at the front of resort was a great help to get sun in cold.

Nice hotel for small stay with clear view of kanchenjunga
We stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms are big and washroom is good. It only provide veg food. Services for food are delayed. Staffs are courtesious and good. Overall very good hotel in 3k budget.

Good but location is far away
Hotel is good and spacious. Food is pure veg and strict timing is there, if you delay in ordering you will not get any food and there is no restaurant nearby.

I had the worst experience
familyWhile staying in pal-pasha, i had the worst experience in my whole life. I have never seen such a third class resort ever. I couldn't sleep the whole night. The problem was started during checking in and remained as still continues till the checked out. I already spoke to hotel manager, who was not available present that night in resort. There was no responsibility for customers. While complaining, they told me to contact you about your booking.
