Good rooms, semi - motor-able roads, alright staff average food.

The place and food were very good but the washrooms were dirty. The staff was supportive though...So if you are looking for a pleasant stay with a good view & good food right from the garden, choose this place.

Location of the property is in a remote area. Breakfast was below average. Toiletries were not provided. Very bad experience.

Property's location is good but very poor maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene. Dustbins are never cleaned, the place smells foul. There is no electricity backup, most of the evenings we spent were in darkness. Staff does not work, dining tables are never cleaned. Maggi takes 30 mins to be delivered!

Away from the main Market area,Approach roads are pathetic .View is awesome but the washrooms are not upto the mark as far as cleaning is concerned.

Beautiful place. Staffs behaviour and services also good. Mr. Sanjib Biswas is a cool person. Not sure how many times I called up but there’s no such irritation or angry expression I‘ve seen. The homestay is 2.5 km below the upper Pelling.

property is a very good location and staff is very friendly and service is very fast. coking is very delicious cook is very testy food make for our family's.

The rooms are facing kanchenjunga, and comfy. On clear day you can just sit out and be in awe. Food is very homely and cooked with love.

power cut was an issue. But rest all was awesome

Stay was pleasent in the middle of the nature , bit far off from main city but ideal for a peaceful stay. Food was also decent and just a simple sober homestay with all basic amenities.

Except location, everything else was extremely poor quality. Issues: we were welcome by dirty sheets with stains all over. Check photos. For toiletries, only soap was provided we were asked to pay extra for heater, whereas in booking details it was included as included amenities. Even after paying for heater, there was power outage during night, so it was a complete waste. No wifi access provided. Fortunately most mobile network signal is available we are dinner which was bare minimum ok. We could eat because we were hungry.

hotel location is 2.5km away from upper pelling, but kanchenjunga view is superb. hotel boy service is very good but food quality is very bad and unhygenic. price for room is bit high compared to location and room service.

The location and view of kanchenjunga from this property is beautiful. The food was great and price was reasonable and rabbi really took very good care of us. We stayed in the kanchenjunga view cottage which was big and spacious with a clean attached bathroom having geyser. You can take a walk around the hotel or visit the local tourist spots around pelling which is close in proximity. It also has two swings that kept my kid engaged. Overall it's a good choice to stay at a serene place near pelling.

splendid property nestled in this code hill station. Lamthang resort surpassed all our expectations. The staff is friendly, the services are impeccable. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this place! Truly magical place.

One of the best resort I have seen in palling. U can visit here with your family and have nice fun and enjoyment. The rooms is also neat & clean, service is awesome. The girl who is working as a receptionist is also having good behaviour, she is co-operative too. But not the least the owner, receptionist, the entire working people all were good. The food quality is also good, overall I will give a 5 star to this place Hope to visit again. Thanks team for ur such wonderful service 😊😊😊

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. I want to highlight Isha, in particular, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The overall experience was exceptional and the food taste was amazing.
