Review Of Bhaichung

The bed linen was not clean and toilets reeked. We switched our room to a hill facing room with queen size bed, that had a window and somehow spent the night. It could be due the fact that it had been raining there almost everyday and hence the linen could not dry. There was also mold on walls which is harmful for longer stays. Would only suggest this hotel if you are tight on budget and only going to spend 1 night

Food is good behaviour of staffs specially mentioned deepam auddy excellent its value for money. Mountain view is outstanding

The room provided to us is small but it is a mountain view room, so that was nice. Room cleaning is not done on a regular basis. It is a minus point of the property.

The rooms had a stellar view but weren’t clean enough. There were spit marks on the wall, spider webs in the bathroom, the fooding was unsatisfactory. In case of power cuts the backup was not available for plug points which didn’t allow us to charge our phones. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned completely before handing over to us. The staff and the manager were otherwise well behaved and helpful. View from the room.

It's a budget friendly place. The service was excellent. Food was decent. They showed great hospitality.

Pros location - very close (2 km) to pelling skywalk view - decent mountain view on a sunny day breakfast - we were given poori-sabji for breakfast which was very good and given on time. People - genuine folks working at this hotel. Friendly and very very helpful cons room size - the room sizes are small, so please plan ahead before you book

Hotel property is very bad, behavior very bad. Location is good. Food quality very bad. This hotel anyone not going.

The best thing is kanchenjangha can see from the bed and the bad thing is room was not very clean. Food and service was good.

We are ordered steam rice in dinner but they're provided us yesterday cooked rice which was stored in fridge.

We have visited Pelling with family and stays at Bhaichung hotel at upper Pelling. View of Kanchenjunga is very clear and close from hotel room. Food quality is also good. Staff behavior is so friendly. Hotel manager Mr. Raju is so polite and helpful person.

There have a staff name Chatu was very good boy, give all time service when ever required. Room quality is also very good, and food quality is also very good .

The location of this hotel is excellent, just beside the upper Pelling football ground. This hotel is also best for viewing of Kanchanjangha, either from balcony or from window of the room itself. Foods are little bit costly, but those are greatly hygienic. We took veg thali. There were options of fish thali and chicken thali as well. The manager and service persons were Bengali people. If you are searching for a low budget but advantageous (location, hill views, homely and healthy foods), simply go for this hotel.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, the staff was really great and overall experience was awesome.

Food was good and service boy respond whenever we called him but the telephone was also not working so we had to go to reception for any kind of service.

Only positive thing about this hotel is the grand view of kanchanjangha. Rooms were dirty. Staff were not good.

It was relaxation trip and my stay was comfortable but not very good. The hotel location is GOOD. The staff members at the hotel were friendly and quick to respond for our services. The surrounding both in exterior and interior of the hotel was AVERAGE maintained and OK. The room that was allotted to me was NEAT AND PHONE WAS NOT working condition. I did not face any difficulties during check-in and check-out process. The hotel is worth for the money.

Service of the hotel personnel is very good. Food quality of the hotel is excellent and totally value for money. Some rooms have a excellent look of Kanchangungha from its window. Behavior of the manager is also remarkable. The hotel is good for staying with family.
