Hotel Sucasa is a Very Nice and Neat and Clean. Staff is very Clear and Honest. Had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful — they gave us everything we asked for without any hassle. The service was quick, and they made us feel really comfortable. Felt like home away from home. first thing hotel is not 100 meter away from MG road it it 1.2km away from MG road. The service given by hotel staff was terrible and also not recommended for family stay... everywhere cigrate smoke smell were coming... overall services were bad.... important thing location provided was different or away from the real hotel

One of the best hotels near MG Marg! The location is unbeatable, rooms are cozy, and the service is top-notch. The staff made us feel very welcome, and everything was organized smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gangtok.

I was given a room on the 4th floor and the hotel did not have a lift/elevator. Breakfast had one option only. Either bread butter eggs OR one random dish (We had pasta on day one and sabzi poori on day 2). Tea / Juice was available but juice was packed ones like fruity etc and not freshly juices from fruits. The room and bathroom were neat and clean. The hotel is located in a narrow lane. It is not close to any market place. The lane is full of similar hotels. The staff gives you neither pleasant nor unpleasant experience. After checking out I took a cab to go to some place and the manager was kind enough to let me park my car in the very small parking space at the hotel, for a few hours, even after I checked out of the hotel. I would not have stayed at this hotel had I not booked online with a non refundable clause.

In particular, Sonu stood out for his kindness and helpfulness, always ready to assist whenever needed. The level of service provided truly reflects the value for the price paid. Overall, I had a comfortable and satisfying stay here.

I recently stayed at sukasa hills hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a serene and picturesque location, this hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Rooms: the rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and immaculately clean. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the landscape, making every morning a delight. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. Service: the service at sukasa hills is exemplary. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or assistance at the front desk, every interaction was pleasant and efficient.

The hotel is so far away from m g marg. You have to pay rs 600 for booking a local cab. One artificial waterfall is situated just beside this hotel. Due to heavy sound disturbance you will not find peace in this hotel. I stayed here with my mother who is a senior citizen even though they have allotted room on 3rd floor. Lifts are also not available in this hotel. Rooms are so packed you will not get fresh air in the room. There is no fan available here so you will feel a lot of heat inside the room. I personally recommend not to book this hotel if you are staying with your family. I left my room one day back due to land slides they refused to pay even 50% of the book amount.
