The stay was awesome very neat and clean rooms hotel is near by bus stand. Staff was very polite and food was also very delicious.

Hotel is a bit away from MG market and room was small. Food quality is very poor and too expensive. They charged 40 rs for omelet so, even you stay here don't go for food.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city. The room was clean, cozy, and hygienic bathrooms. The food we ordered was fresh and tasty and healthy. Best part is they don't provide mineral bottled water as to control the use of single-use plastic. The owner was also helpful and arranged our cab to the airport. Highly recommended.

THE CORAL INN at Gangtok is one of my all time favourite hotel. The location was very good and in walking distance from the Lalo Market. Whether for business or pleasure, The Coral Inn is a wonderful choice for anyone visiting Gangtok. The rooms are modern & comfortable, the breakfast /dinner at the hotel restaurant is a do-not miss meal. Free Wi-Fi in the hotel was very good and very quick for all your needs. The staff are very nice and always on hand if you need anything. Recommend 2 all

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. When I reached hotel the hotel staff was not so friendly they always like serious and after that they gave us room the bathroom was dirty. It look that someone has already use that it was good but not too good.

Good Room, service average, location not good. It is away from My G Marg and quiet downside. If old-age people is there, then you always need to take car for trip even within minimum distance. We ordered food for dinner, it's came after 2 hours. No view from room. But room is very clean. And served water whenever required.

Very slow service and rude behavior with a bad view from the hotel. The staff was not helpful at all. They just try to take money as much as they can stupid place worthless. The location is okay not very close to the main town.

The service is good. Location is bit okay but no doubt the rooms, the staff, the cleanliness was up to mark. Will definitely recommend it to others. Value for money. It was indeed a pleasant stay. Thanks Team Coral Inn.

Not a good stay. Their food were too expensive as per taste. And the biggest problem was they doesn't provide 24hr hot water. They have a timely schedule to switch on the geyser after that they switch off the geyser

Overall experience is good I stayed in the ground floor corner room with both side window. There was no view from this hotel but facilities are good as shown in the photo. There were no fridge in the room but tea kettle And arrangements were given complimentary.

The location of the hotel was a bit odd. Rest all is amazing, the service, the staff, the food. The room was clean and service was good too. They helped us book taxis also. Go ahead for this hotel . . Good value for money

It was good and liked the hotel waiter was very nice and good breakfast was very bad and the menu of the restaurant was very big but items and food of the menu was not available it was my first make my trip plan and liked make my trip.

Clean and well maintained rooms .. Nice behaviour of hotel staff .. Only one problem that its 10 mins walk from mg marg .. But that can be overlooked. Room rents are low. Our 2 days stay gave us a pleasant experience.

The location of this hotel is very poor. New hotel small led tv internet very slow. There is problems with bathroom water no parking place of hotel paid parking

Not at all professional.. They didn't Check the id's also at the time of check in.. No service.. No quality food.. No cleanliness.. Rude behaviour.. Pics uploaded on site of hotel was not similar.. No management.. Untidy bedsheets.

Owner was too rude. No service, cheap staff, nothing is available for foo ding. Worst experience of life, hotel pics was shown at tym of booking was not at similar as shown

Though centrally located but still worst possible location as approach road totally broken and taxis don't want to go. Breakfast was horrible. Staff uncourteous. No variety. Rooms were however OK. Best to be avoided for families.

I booked this hotel, it was a great experience in my life. Location was fabulous, hotel staff was well dressed and very cooperative. Food was very yummy and reasonable. I love this place and surely we'll come next time.

This was a special trip for me and my family. I booked the hotel through makemytrip. Com. Looking at the price and the photos I got the impression that this was a decent hotel. When I reached there it was a great disappointment. The location was very poor, no view from the room and very gloomy and stuffy room (although it looked exactly as the photo in the website). Bed sheets, toilets were not cleaned or changed. When ever you go to complain to the reception people there, they had 10 excuses. This hotel does not have trained staff and did not have adequate staffs. One night I ordered dinner for the three of us in the restaurant of Coral Inn and we were told that food will be served in 45 mins in our room. We waited for an hour and when we went back to the restaurant they informed that our order has been cancelled as they did not have the required items. No one bothered to inform me. My 9 year old daughter slept without eating anything. It was a nightmare and we shifted to Golden Crest after the second night and got such a overwhelming experience at the same price. Our room in Coral INN was 106 and behind the reception and every night and early morning there were commotion and shouting which disturbed our sleep. The shouting/commotion was nothing but other guests complaining. I am sure most of them went out dissatisfied.

Had a quick 1 night stay over. So didn't have much time to explore. But whatever time was spent, was well spent here. Rooms are quite good & spacious with a good list of amenities. The food was also Nice but dont expect to be blown away. The only issue, is its a bit of an effort to reach here, as it is a bit far from the main market. Overall, a definite try.
