Excellent Stay
Hotel and staff are great. It was great experience to have been there. Location was great. Staff was very professional. Food was delicious and fresh. My room has a big window with amazing views specially in night.

Terrible Stay
They have been harassing us over call post 5hrs of our check out for charges claiming false Damage in room. No damage was identified which check out verification.

Good Stay
A Pleasant stay overall. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very delicious. Electricity and hot water facilities were available 24x7.

Poor Stay
Their customer service was not good. Even during cleaning they took my towel and after complaining they gave me after 2 days. Also electricity problem in night.

Add slippers in amenities as floor was freezing cold
Location little bit away from market, food options are limited but taste is good. They can add floor mat or slippers for guests as floor was freezing cold.

I didn’t like the experience which i got and hence i left early.
The staff are good but the service is not nice, i got a room next to a staircase. The window of my room just had a thin curtain and if standing on the stairs you can easily peep in the room. I was told that i will get a room with the view but did not get one and then the mirrors were stained the bedsheets were having stains the room was smelly. In short it was just terrible

Affordable stay, good food, rooms have slight tilt.
Overall experience : 3/5 location : walkable distance 1. 1km from mg marg. Hotel to mg marg is uphill. That might be difficult for many. Food: good food rooms: the rooms were not as expected. There is a significant tilt in the room. You will feel the slant all the time, even while sleeping.

Excellent Stay
Really amazing stay. Staff was helpful. Rooms were tidy and had clean sheets. Breakfast and dinners were really well made. It's bit far from mg marg. But it's a good thing i mo because similar rooms are more on expensive there. It's downhill compared to mg marg so you can always walk to hotel when returning from there, but will need cab to reach mg marg.

Terrible Stay
coupleVery poor condition of hotel, very uncomfortable to stay even one night, water is not draining in the bathroom, no arrangement for hanging cloth even hanger is not available in almirah, manager is not co operative. I don't know who selected this property to enlist in mmt. It will put a question over the mm t also. This is a super deluxe room without ac and 32" t v. I surprise how this property qualifying in mmt. Review it again.

Rooms are spacious but not clean. Location is not near to market need to take cab. Not too many food options
