The Hotel stay was really nice. The receptionist showed us the Japanese restaurant on arrival and he also showed us the rooftop restaurant and then finally he showed us our room. The room was well prepared and there was already an extra bedding as we had asked for. At night, we went to the rooftop Cafe, which was amazing. And we ordered the stuff in our room from the rooftop Cafe. In the morning The buffet breakfast facility was available for ordering in the room, which was a very good service as it prevented wastage and helps you spend good time together as we could have our breakfast in our room, which was included in the room booking package.

Good location if you are visiting Sikkim Manipal medical college. Hotel is small but good. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are big. They provide heaters as well. Food is good as well.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. Everything was smooth and hassle-free from check-in to check-out. The staff was helpful, the service was great, and the whole experience felt very comfortable. Really enjoyed my time here and would definitely love to come back.

The very first time it was a corporate booking. And ever since then, the last 2 times, and henceforth, every trip towards Gangtok side, Five Gangtok was, and will be my place of stay. Location is little away from the hustle bustle of the city, and hence preferable, being well within distance of tourist and market areas. Food is simply world class and amenities are great given such a difficult inhospitable terrain. The best part is the wonderful service, quiet and mild, with a smile and always polite. I just love staying in this place.

Good location, no getting stuck in traffic snarls associated with peak season tourists, responsive staff, roomier accommodation( the ones with balcony n valley view),clean rooms n linens, food okay but pricier, wide free breakfast choices , share local taxis at doorstep. But they don't give free mineral water, and we must repeatedly ask for milk n tea sachets

Location was perfect, Breakfast Buffet was Average, And other amenities and services were also average. There is a big problem with parking if you are coming by our own vehicle.

Tv was not working properly and in the morning hot water come 10 mint delay after open tap.wifi also not woeked properly

PLS DO NOT BOOK UR STAY AT THIS HOTEL ... we arrived on a rainy night welcomed with no welcome drinks and no hot water in the room . On insistence of changing the room the reception staff was highly complacent . The agony and frustration continued till the last day . The breakfast options are too limited as compared to the tarrif charged and the ala carte food is served cold with lots of petty excuses . To conclude I strongly feel that Make my trip should discontinue listing this hotel on their list

All staff of the hotel are very well behaved, always ready to serve. Food was excellent. Subham and the restaurant guys are so good. Will recommend this hotel.

After paying all the amount , we had to sleep for a night without power supply. When asked the hotel person said we do not have back up/diesel. The restaurant people take long time for food preparation. Min 45 mins we had to wait everytime.

Very clean and large rooms with ample space, exceeded my requirement and expectations . The food was excellent and very well presented.

the food was good ,house keeping , reception were exercise, hotel room was good, the overall price was affordable but there was no complimentary buffet for breakfast , had to pay additional price for the meal. overall it’s alright 👍🏻

i recently stayed at five gangtok in gangtok, sikkim, and it was an excellent experience. the hotel was impeccably clean, with rooms that were well-maintained and comfortable. the service was outstanding—staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. hospitality was top-notch, making the entire stay pleasant and welcoming. the food and beverage offerings were equally impressive, with a good variety and delicious meals. i highly recommend five gangtok for anyone visiting the area!

Family rooms are good but not city view someone knocked our door at 2. 15 at night twice heavily but their cc tv not working it is a serious issue
