The room was nice with adequate space for 2 persons , the owner was very humble and liked their cafe at the base floor, very kind of them ,will definitely book again if got any work near gangtok again

Great experience, excellent hospitality and great behaviour exerted by the owner of the hotel, great place and view, especially the bonsai garden at the rooftop.

Toilet not clean, hot water not available, tv not working

The room was basic with minimal space. Preferably better if one books from hotels

The property is beautiful decorated and well maintained by owners, uncle and aunty. They are so humble and listen to you calmly. Aunt y cooks amazing home cook food which you always miss at the new place. Please try to have some food from aunt y if you are homemade food lover. Love to come back soon with my family here!

The owner specially aunty is caring.

Hotel location little away from mg mart but location is very good. Food quality very good. Hotel decoration very good. Hotel have excellent gorden and nice site view.

Property is located on highway room os clean and well but there is no intercom and no room service u have to get down at reception for small request loke water etc. They dont change badsheet as there are no service boy.

We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel has heater if required. Rooms were clean. The hotel provides home cooked meals if needed.

Nice and affectionate owners makes stay comfortable. Particularly the old lady of the house is highly caring and always attentive towards guest. Spacious and well maintained rooms, but Lakes toiletries and other basic amenities. Food tastes good, but highly overpriced.

I stayed with with my family, and had a very comfortable stay. The place is operated by a family and it makes all the difference. The food was one of the best things for the place.

The rooms were OK, however its too far from the city. There is no hot water. You need to wait for 20 mins to get half a bucket of hot water and in case your family members are more you need 1.5 hours to complete your bath. The breakfast options were very bad. 1 day we were given just plain break and half fried eggs. For the vegetarians it was just bread and jam. One day we were given just chapati with pickle. It was very bad.

The hotel is situated at Tadong approximately 4 km from MG Marg. Hotel is good well decorated. There are certain things which were missing like room service is not available round o' clock, food inside the room is not available, the restaurant is available but choices are very limited. The one thing I will definitely appreciate the roof top plantation which is really good and gives you peace when you sit with the plants. My suggestion is that the owner should emphasis on providing more staff for room service as well as for restaurant.

Reached in the evening. Welcome was like why you have come here. The caretaker attitude is totally negative, as if doing a favor by giving you a room. Room was clean and spacious but no view. Being on the highway whole night remains noisy. It is a not a hotel. I feel MakeMyTrip should change it. For travel arrangements, caretaker called one person, who is actually a middle man. Highly arrogant. For Baba temple circuit took higher money and told Nathula pass is closed being Friday but when I went there found it is very much open. We traveled such long distance to see Nathula pass but they never make that happen. Hotel location is quite far from MG road. Communication is a big problem. Food was homely and good but you have to adjust to their timings. Had to face lot of problem. Overall not a very pleasant stay.

Rude and rigid owner. I booked 2 rooms 1.5 months before through MMT but he had given rooms on different floors. I asked for all out as there were mosquitoes in room they said will give if found and also said there are no mosquitoes. Terrible experience with this Hotel. Request MMT to consider this feedback and rate them accordingly as I had booked post considering very good rating.

This hotel is good to stay at Gangtok. The staff member were good and polite and also M. G Marg is just a walking distance away from hotel. The pricing of this hotel is also quite reasonable compared to other hotels.
