Every year we come to delhi from Ukraine and stay at this hotel. Room is great in size. Staff is very helpful. Service is fast. Room and hotel both are clean and hygenic. Food is good in taste even breakfast also. Walking distance from main Karolbagh market, big Hanuman mandir, Metro station. Overall I just love to stay there.

Very clean and superb and always recommendable. Anytime near to all the facilities provided nearby easy to commute and travel . Keep up the good job and always visit here next time in Delhi . Clean and best hotel at this price and at the place like Karol Bagh. Very good and all the best

Location is good. Well-maintained service can be improved and breakfast too. Stayed here overnight, it was an OK stay. Suggest business travelers only to take this place. There are lot of options but I booked little late hence stayed here.

Did not expect such a hotel at this rate. Moreover, renovation is going on and there were no tables or chairs to sit and have breakfast. Location is pathetic as none of the taxi operators like UBER or OLA were able to locate

Rooms are fine, house keeping dept. Is not working proper way. Location is not good. Restaurant is good and food also is tasty .. We can recommend this hotel for taking Panickers Travels Jaipur -Agra tour trip why because it is situated very near to their office.

Room are not so Clean. Staff is assistable. Dealing with Traveller is so Good. Food I didn't taste but No Hidden Charges. Everything was Fine. WiFi Strength is So Good. All Around Best value for Money. Nice Location very Near to Karol Bagh.

Rooms are big, well furnished & clean. Restaurant services can be improved. We booked 03 rooms & stayed here for 02 days. Overall stay was nice & good value for money option. For restaurants you need to take 5-10 min walks from the hotel in karol bag market area.

Location: Close to metro station but Hotel is located near automobile market. There is hardly any good option available to eat near by except roadside in-hygienic eateries. Food: Hotel menu has rates way higher than the food offered. Also, they don't accept card payments for your any food orders or other services availed at hotel. Even after asking why can't you accept card payment, receptionist said he won't take card for food orders. I guess they evade taxes on such bills. Service: It took at least half an hour to check me in because room was not ready. During check-out also no one came to pick up bags. Apart from that, room service is pathetic, I asked them to send drinking water to my room at 11:00 PM, I waited till 12:00 and then slept, someone rang the bell at 2-3 AM when I opened the door, no one was there. When I asked in the morning about it they were turned deaf to my ask. Room : Room was at first look seemed clean and tidy. But only when I thought of drinking tea from the cups kept on table, we realized that it was full of dust all over them. Bathrooms however were spot clean and pleasant. They don't pay attention to deep cleaning I suppose. Facilities: In the name of Gym there is non working treadmill kept at the ground floor. AC was working as expected. Wi-Fi was good enough. We had booked room with breakfast but we had to check-out early in the morning at 6 AM so I requested them if they can have my breakfast packed. Hotel staff told that there is no chef available at 6 AM so they cannot do that. I asked them to pack some fruits if available which also turned down by them. I can understand this but when I asked if I can order something from the menu then they told yes then how can chef arrive to prepare that? At least they should be honest about the service. Overall OK experience. You get what you pay for after discount. I might not stay here if I ever visit again.

I check-in at midnight so wasn't there for than 9 hours but I check in was a breeze. The restaurant was open so I didn't need to venture out for dinner. The food was of good quality albeit the taste was fairly okay. The room is fairly new and the AC worked very well. Clean bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo provided if so needed. Check out was faster than check in. I called in advance and everything was ready when I was at the reception. Would probably stay there again next time.

I loved the place and the room a lot, was difficult to find initially but after seeing the room and hotel I was very happy. Food was also good. It was very clean and peaceful. Hotel staff were also supportive. Overall it was a nice experience.

Hotel was good clean & value for money. It was little difficult to locate but ultimately very close by to metro station. Room was quite good & clean. Bathroom & toiletries were also good. Will consider foe next visit.

Good hotel near to metro bit inside from main market, near automobile market not very easy to reach. Service was good breakfast is limited front office very helpful. Cleanliness is good overall good not the best.

I used to stay in this hotel on my office tour. This is a awesome hotel with good service. Staff are very polite and helpful. Got amazing deal from MMT. Amenities in the room are very good. I recommend this hotel for any purpose of visits at this price. It's really worth staying in this hotel.

Nice hotel to stay in Karol bagh.

The room are clean and the furniture seems new. The location is in good area. The best thing in there was the staff. They were so willing to help us and accommodate our needs. The receptionist was so kind. You can ask him for anything. About the breakfast, yeah it is just okay. They only serve about 4-5 different kind of menu and it practically same menu everyday (the difference I saw was just they served between omelette or hard-boiled-egg and parata-poori)

The hotel looks like a brand new hotel, ideal for those who looking for nice hotel in Karol bagh! Very nice people, the night watchman (Mr KD Raj) the room boy Mr Raju (I guess thats the name !) and the Manager too!!

Its a good one for busy travelers like one of us. Access is easy and in the hearth to the business place of automotive.

It is not at all value for money. The area if quite though but is very congested. The breakfast offered was very bad in taste and hygiene. The hotel is highly not recommended if you are paying more than 2K for night. Last, the staff were very uncooperative.
