Our stay at Pushpa Villa was excellent. Location is very near to railway station. Room is very nice. Excellent behaviour of the staff. Good restaurant and food is very tasty.

Hotel accommodated us apart from our booking didn't confirm by country club. Stay was very 👍. Staff was very cooperative. We recommend for other traveller for this hotel

Everything was perfect. They have friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location and excellent service.

Being a family stay there is no proper items are in bathroom except the towel. view is not good from balcony it's near by huts homes and no proper clearing services. Price is high and no such services are provided and hence I could not recommend this from this budget

Very well maintained property.. what i really appreciate is accommodating i room much before scheduled time without asking any single question as i had early morning arrival . Hotel staff was very courteous. Another plus point of hotel is that it is at walking distance from Katra station so u save a lot of time and money! Thanks to wonderful hotel staff for very nice stay. Along with my mesmerising experience of visiting Mata Vaishno devi , Hotel’s comfort will also be a memory of my stay.

Food is not easily available. All other amenities is very good. Location is very convenient. Staff are very friendly.

Spacious room and good location. Food was great. Overall hotel was good but need little bit of maintenance like washroom can be more clean and hygiene and there was sound of water falling from somewhere outside in our AC unit that created disturbances.

Nice place to stay. Staff is very helpful and always available on call. Also helped us with taxi service.
