Not good hotel. Very bad experience. Very old hotel. Not good hotel. I recommend not go in this hotel.

The stay was good and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. I raised an concern with a room and management immediately changed the room. The restaurant tulsi inside is having good food which is way better than the branded chains outside like sagar ratna. I would recommend this hotel and the restaurant both.

It was an amazing experience with Subhash Hotel. Location, Food, Staff, amenities and kids friendly.

Rooms were not properly maintained. Rooms were stinking as well. Except soap no toiletries in the bathroom and bathrooms were having shabby look and not very clean. Everyday i had to call help as hot water was not coming in the taps.

The staff was good and well behaved. We had breakfast included and the quality was good there as well.

It was really terrible, 1)rude staff who denied even tea bag’s though there was a kettle. 2) bed sheets and quilt cover were spotted they said don’t bother these spots are permanent. 3) rooms were full of cockroaches at night. 4) balconies were full of weeds. 5) furniture was full of termites. We are very disappointed on living there please do share our experience with the owners

No toiletries except small soap l exhaust not working resulting in foul smell l water scaling all over in washroom l ac giving foul smell l bad housekeeping l arrogant staff except reception staff l

They charge extra for early check in despite hotel having ample vacant rooms. Room service has very limited service. Buffet just had two options which will be served on ordr basis. Half of the staff is super rude. Even the basic amenities like cups and glasses kept in the room were not properly washed. Would not recommed to stay here. Its one of the very few hotels which doesnt even provide transfers to banganga for yatra. In comparison to the tariff rate, there are much better options available.

The most unfriendly and pathetic staff. Rooms untidy and no cleanliness at all. Pls check your bed sheets properly before entering the bed. These guys are using used bed sheet you can see spots, hair etc on bed. Bathroom untidy. And smelling like public toilets never book this hotel until you want to waste your money

this hotel looks good.

The rooms are v different from what is shown in the pictures. I won’t say they are dirty. They were clean but the propert seems very old. Wall cracks and damping is covered with wallpaper which is also coming off. Tap was loose and the furniture seems too old. per night is high for this quality.

Location is very good, staff is good & cooperative, even at 1 pm they provided all required items. Rooms were clean & big.

Not satisfied, stinking rooms, highly unhygienic, used bedsheets overcharged rate. Not recommended for stay

Had visited vaishno devi temple, the staff here is quite helpful with all amenities as advertised. Would recommend this to anyone. Jai mata di.

Hotel is at Prime location near Katra Bus Stand and MaaVaishnodevi Shrine Board Katra office. You could book Rooms for to stay at MaaVaishnodevi Bhavan, to nook Helicopter, to Get Yatra Parchi . Hotel's Rooms are clean, Reception Staff very Helpfull.
