Location is about 1 km from Railway station and Auto charges Rs 150 for drop. View from room was awesome looking Ardhkuwari and Bhwan. Breakfast was included in room charges, so you have to go to GF for Breakfast which was below average in taste. (Aloo Parantha and Puri Bhaji). Also nearby there is not much choice as it is about a km away from Main market.

Rooms r ok if u r looking for dedicated parking within boundary walls then u r mistaken. they have parking just outside the hotel doors with limited space Will recommend to have food from outside as quality of food is little below standerd if u are looking for room just to keep ur luggage and have some rest before or after getting down from bhawan, then u can consider it

Overall everything was good and the staff was best even the food was also amazing. The hygiene is also nice

familyThe rooms are clean enough but wash room is not up to the mark. The cistern of toilet did not working at all. Complained the staff but not able to solve the problems. Air condition was working properly. Breakfast was good. Staff behavior is also good.

Good service and food. Hotel location is good.
Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds. But we managed on site.

Worst stay and rude staff
familyTerrible experience they don’t care if u want to stay or not m very surprised a brand so called treebo is sponsored this stupid hotel bedsheets were torn, most importantly the reception staff is rude they don’t know how to speak being katra is famous for vaisno devi they acutely don’t care bcz they know they will get business, i was booked for mountain view with confirmation it was not given they have the audacity to tell we can check out. I want the refund to be processed otherwise i have to file in consumer court

It was good stay at satyashree, location is good, staff is polite. Only thing is to improve the food quality as it was average. We have booked family rooms which was very good and the rooms were connected. We enjoyed the stay.

coupleRoom was not cleaned even when we check in and even after we check out after 2 days. All fittings including tiles and all plumbing fittings were damaged. Tv was not working

Nice clean hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially, the guy at the reception and their multitasking staff- shubham. One star less for a few minor issues.

Great location but 1 issue to be fixed by hotel
Location: perfect one for people who want something near station. Walkable. Lots of restaurants and market nearby for shopping. Moreover, if one takes mountain-view room, one can see bhairavnath temple and the path. Beautiful view. The first room that was assigned had some issue due to which i had to shift to another room. The staff is friendly and nice. The breakfast options are kind of limited but they are kind enough to customize that too. Problem that i faced here: the only problem i faced here is all the bathrooms do not have jet. So, it becomes difficult to use when one is used to jet for routine work, especially after returning from vaishnodevi when the legs are painting and you need to sit down instead of using jet.
