Good Stay
Property is good, bit far from darshan point. But they probide pick n drop facility thus no hassle. Food is very good . Need improvement on facilities provide like quality of toiletries. Body lotion was not there. However , overall experience is very good. 👍👍

Excellent Stay
Good service, great location of hotel, lobby and restaurant area is super clean and managed. Has view of the Sanjhichat. Rooms can have a little rework but everything else is perfect. Manisha, Brijesh and Prakash helped us a lot and are super helpful

I booked hotel amr for 3 nights, the stay was amazing and peaceful. Hotel staff is very good and always ready to serve in better way. Hotel was very cleans and maintain hygiene also.

Every staff was a great help and Manisha stood it next possible level to make our stay the most comfortable one. Every visit to Maa Vaishno Devi will surely retain my stay with Altruist AMR only. Location was a cherry on the cake.

Best for families even if you have infant as well
The best part about this hotel is its location—it’s right in the heart of the main market, and everything is just a short walk away. The hospitality was truly outstanding; the staff are very warm and welcoming. I have visited Maa Vaishno Devi many times, but this trip was special as I was traveling with my kids. We had a wonderful experience. I have two daughters (aged 3 and 1.6), and they also had a great time. The restaurant staff were very accommodating and even customized food as per my requests for the kids, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. You’ll love their hospitality, and the rooms are beautiful. We stayed in one with a mountain view, which was stunning. While you may not get a direct view of Vaishno Devi from the room, the overall comfort and service more than make up for it.

Unforgettable Stay
It was good experience staying at The Altruist AMR hotel KATRA for 3 nights wef 08.08.2025. The amenities and services were good. The driver was on time for the Banganga drop service. They allow early check in but late check out is not allowed. Overall good experience staying at AMR hotel in KATRA. The amenities and services were good. Also one more thing I want to say is that Breakfast time must be a bit earlier (maybe from 0600hrs.) We have missed breakfast for two days as the restaurant staff was available only after 0700 hrs and we have to move early around 0630 hrs. Our booking includes complimentary breakfast. But no problem, the rest of things are good. We as family enjoyed the stay and recommend the same to come and stay at The Altruist AMR Hotel in the city centre of KATRA. We enjoy the mansoon season and view of Trikutta ranges from our room Jai Mata Di🙏
