Found my location through make my trip . Excellent room and friendly staff. The room service was tremendous. Location is near to bus stand and all shops and rfid centre. Overall experience was excellent

Hello, Room was not cleaned, bad smell in Almirahs, No door mats, No dusting like bed was full of dust, Bathroom haven't all the utilities like dental kit and all. Our over all experience is below per our expectations. Not happy. Thanks

Very nice hospitality served and food was also very delicious but little bit expensive. And one more thing to feedback for the hotel is little bit difficult to find. Because advertising board is like hidden need show properly.

hotel location - good (approx 2.5 km from Vaan Ganga, 1 km from bus stand) staffs- excellent .. very polite and always avaliable restaurant- very good. taste ok. service excellent about room - very bad 1. interiors are ok 2. non functioning often 3. AC - works only when electricity board line is available. on backup, AC not available 4. Internet - the worst. it does not work at all. they said it's temporary problem, but they did not supply internet for all 3 days and my 3 room. when you come from any city (except J&K), your phone doesn't work here. imagine if you don't have hotel internet for your complete stay...

location is very near to Dal lake, food is good and service is nice and friendly. amenities are limited at the property but are in good conditions.

Don’t go by it’s name because there is no word like ‘Grand’ or ‘International’ in its name. Rooms are good and luxurious with neat amd clean bathroom. Restaurant has very tasty food and maintained very good hygiene. Staff is very polite and supportive.

Rooms are clean, i was in 202,203. Bathrooms are really clean and organised. They recently did renovations so everything feels so nice. Staffs are nice, food is really good. Only issue i saw is the food is very expensive it costed me same as my two day stay which is insane. Overall, great place to stay, nearby market and bandganga where from you start climbing to bhavan.
