location is excellent Amenities Poor - Quality of rooms is not same as shown in the picture while booking. Food & Room Service -Good

Not great,as the the value or the cost they charged. We payed 6000/- for two days excluding food . This is quite expensive. The room was just below ok . Bathroom kits was not available. Bathroom was sleepry it's not properly clean . Over all its below average aa compared with the price

Hotel rooms are not up to the standard… as mentioned in the photos rooms are not like that…apart from rooms.. AC is not working properly … as per the tariffs it’s not up the standard

We stayed here for 3 hrs but cleanses is very good location also near NDLS station which is walkable

The Hotel is centrally located with good ambience and facilities. The hotel is near to Yatri registration counter, bus stand, auto stand and surrounded by the market of Katra. The staff are very helpful and the food is also good. The price is budget friendly.

The property is located opposite Yatra Registration Counter at Fabara Chowk . The location is very convenient for travellers going for darshan of Maa Vaishnodevi. Although restaurant is yet to start at the hotel, there are several good restaurants nearby. The manager and staff of the hotel are very cooperative and helpful.I enjoyed my stay there.

Our stay at Hotel Krishna, Katra was very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful throughout. We will definitely choose Hotel Krishna again for our next trip to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi. Thank you to the service team!

I booked for executive room and they gave me standard room charged double and their manager was so rude didn’t given me choice to select ..terrible management

Overall it was good in all ways like location, rooms, facilities, foods availability , cleanliness, staff behaviour etc.

Hotel Krishna is located near old bus stand, katra,J&K. It's prime location attract because of availability of public transport any time from any point in katra to reach the hotel. Hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Room service is at par. Supporting staff are very cooperative.

Rooms are big but need to be cleaned well. Problem with hot water. We got hot water for only 5 mins.

Over price hotel. Location is good but based on the charges rooms are not good. Washroom was dirty, bedsheet have holes in them and bedsheet also dirty. Poor lighting. Don't recommend this hotel. room and washroom should be good.

Only negative point is no room was a valley view room. In fact one room is with one window that has a view of hotel corridor.. rest all was fine. Early check in. Room cleanliness. Hot water availability. Another point is. Good to go out for food rather than order in hotel. They were best in food quality. Somehow it was not up to the mark.

It was great expreience staying over there. It is just on the Fountain chowk and the market is just outside the hotel.
