Review Of THE DABS HOTELS AND RESORTS

The property is new, clean, and easily accessible — that’s the only good thing about this place. Basic amenities like towels, soap, handwash, and even drinking water were missing in the room and were provided only after repeated requests. Surprisingly, they charged for a drinking water bottle, which should be complimentary. No glass was kept in the room either. Service was poorly managed. I requested Veg Chowmein and asked them to wait before preparing it. However, without confirming, they sent it to my room. When I informed them about my dietary restrictions, they took it back — but this reflects their carelessness in handling guest instructions. Overall, the service staff seemed disorganized and lacked attention to detail. Not a pleasant experience, especially when you expect at least basic hospitality during a pilgrimage stay.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious and has all the facilities like AC, Smart TV, Kettle, Geyser, Intercom and also has Balcony. Food was also delicious, we ordered Breakfast and Dinner. Hotel location was also awesome, its walkable distance from Bus Stand and 10 min from Railway Station.

It was pathetic experience with Dabs Hotel, the room was not clean, after so many calls, they changed the smelly and dirty bed sheet and pillow cover and comforter cover as well, there is not internet or dish cable is connected with TV, so you can't watch TV. there is no soap or handwash provided by the hotel. They forced us to pay more money as well, staff service is very bad they asked that if you want to watch tv, use your hotspot.

Night time receptionist was way too rude. He was not willing to talk properly. Had an argument too for his misbehaviour

Location is easily accessible. Dint try the food so can't comment, tried snacks and it's ok. Property is nice comparing to the cost charged. Need to improve the hospitality

I have booked family room. Staff behaviour is ok but services are very poor. They have not provided any bathroom kit. Shower are not installed. Tv is not working. Telephone not available in room for service. Minral water bottle are not given but mentioned in booking voucher. Handwash was not available.

Lift is not working properly and room window lock is not working also door chitkani is not working. And all other things are good like hyganic toilet, proper bedsheet, workers are also polite

5 star say, i definitely recommend staying here for an affordable price. The staff is also easily accessible from the railway station.

the facilities at the hotel were terrible, no toiletries were given they did not have even a dental kit / tea bags etc. the room area was also much smaller terrible experience , will never recommend to all my friends and family to do the same as well🙏🏻

The experience was bad the hotel room was very noisy with the disturbing noise of lift 24/7. Also the overall hospitality was extremely bad
