For the price the service and rooms are good .. they did give us food late night at 12 as well since we had come back from Yatra..

My stay at royal stay was exceptional! from the moment i arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view. The on-site restaurant offered delicious cuisine with impeccable service. The hotel's location made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Special thanks to the concierge for excellent recommendations. Every detail was thoughtfully attended to, making my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend royal stay to anyone looking for comfort and luxury. I can't wait to return!

One of the worst property I have ever been to there were no staff present at the hotel. There were no food that you can order or eat. It is the worst property you will ever go so never Ever go to this property and the manager everyone is bit arrogant, and useless. We have a complimentary breakfast and the only thing they are offering for the breakfast was Paratha and tea. Without any subji for three people, they are only giving one towel, basically, the worst property I have ever seen in my life.

Pathetic management of hotel. No chef was available for food. We reached at around 6 am in the morning and waited for almost 6 hours to get our room. At 12:00 noon hotel staff said they they don't have any rooms yet so we left and came back in late night then we got the room. Hotel should have rooms for their guests when they reach. In our case the rooms wasn't available. Pathetic experience

"disappointing experience: beware before booking! i booked this hotel based on its 3. 9 rating and 3-star status, but unfortunately, it failed to meet even the basic standards of a 1-star property. If you're considering staying here, proceed with caution. You'll likely end up frustrated and writing a similar review. To top it off, they didn't even have something as basic as napkins. My advice: you're better off sleeping on the road. It's a much better option. Rating breakdown: 1. Staff behaviour/service: -5/5 (extremely poor) 2. Room service: -10/5 (abysmal) here's a rephrased version: "warning: management issues prevail" the most concerning aspect is that the staff claims conditions will improve after february, but currently, the management's inadequacies are making things unbearable. What's worse, they seem to have no regard for the hard-earned money you've spent to stay with your loved ones"

There was seepage in the walls of the hotel room, pillow, bedsheet and blanket were in poor condition, room service and housekeeping were very bad

Service was very poor, no one replied of call from kitchen or reception for hours. Washroom was not good, even the paper roll was not there. In short, a terrible experience to stay there.

Even after one day of advance booking. They didn't know about our booking, make us stand for 3 hours without room in cold weather. After giving room as we checked toilet, it was not cleaned and was used by someone. Thier breakfast was horrible. Didn't have sugar to make tea. Thier cook is going to langar for eating food. They don't provide tea in breakfast. All i want to say is that the place was horrible and not good for 3 stars hotel.

Hotel room was not clean. In spite of several calls no one turned up for cleaning. Bed lenin and comforter were dirty staff was not helpful at all for small small basic requirements like towel, soap etc was not available and we called several times but service was supper pethetic. As the quality. Cost should not be more then 500 a day. Not recommend to anyone

1. Long delay at check-in, only sorted after talking with mm t customer care 2. Bad breakfast 3. Super long wait even to get breakfast ( around 1. 5 hours) 4. Lack of cleanliness across the floors 5. Damp walls in rooms 6. Categories of rooms didn't match the one we booked. All in all, super bad experience. Mm t should have checked and done some audit before even listing this property. Poor response from mm t as well. Spoiled my stay with kids mostly.

Very bad experience in this hotel. Rooms are dirty, dirty bed sheets, t/v not working electricity problem, no food available in hotel

it's one of the pathetic hotel to stay with. i booked a family room with this hotel, and the moment I entered it was terrible. No toiletries, No towels, No tea kettle, walls were bad. this hotel is not on road it's inside a Gali which is not easy to find. upon complaining to Hotel staff and makemytrip they changed my room to a double room with extra bed which was little better but basic amenities were missing. towels received were not usable. most funniest part you can't place an order before 830am. Definitely this hotel room is not even worth 1000rs per day

It's a terrible experience for me. I shocked how can you registered this type of property in mmt all the rooms stink, bedsheet are so dirty, no etiquette, even they don't have water glass in rooms

I felt the location was though very near to the market but it was inside an alley and for getting an auto you had to come to the main road. The service was okay, the promised restaurant was out of service and the toilet was unclean. But on the positive side we got the room almost 5 hours before check in time and nothing charged extra. The room was quite spacious and clean. Even the bathroom was very big. Importantly, there was a good warm water supply. Unfortunately they don't have power back up for the lift and we had to wait 15 mins for the lift to start. 4.5 marks for the hotel 3.5marks for location 3.5 for toilet cleanliness 4.5 for overall cleanliness 3 for service

Overall all good, staff is fully supportive, but need improvement for hygiene towel & little bit cleanliness. Towel was not clean. Otherwise room was good.

This picture was taken at 10:30 pm. After vaishno mata darshan we returned at 10 pm. But the room was not ready and after 10:30 they changed the bedsheets after many times asking. After that i got cleaned the floor. My kids could sleep after 11:45. The stay was completely terrible. The don't have any kitchen and we booked the room with breakfast. Our whole trip was ruined due to this.

the experience was terrible, we reached there at 10 after Mata darshan. The room was not ready, they asked to wait. we waited till 11 pm. The room was completely mess, bed sheets were dirty, even floor was not cleaned. then they changed the bed sheets after asking again and again. our kids were also with us.
