Hotel Om Hari Residency

The hotel location is very good, very nearby to railway station. Food quality is also good. Hotel rooms are quite big and well maintained. And regarding hotel staff (specially kamlesh ji) they are very cooperative and responsive. The overall experience is very good and stay was pretty comfortable.

ATTENTION : Date 9-11-2024 If you are planning to book a room in this hotel then please stay away from this hotel as this is a worst place to visit. Cockroaches all over the floor and bed. Washroom was stinky and nasty. Please don't book on this hotel. They don't care about the hygiene. The water coming out of washroom is really very bad and nasty they don't clean water supply tank. Bed Cushion Sofa Blanket all were dirty and stinky.

Great experience with the overall stay as we stayed for 2 days the staff was very helpful and ready to provide any necessities

Hygiene wise it was poor if the room is closed completely then room will stink plus bathroom has broken and old bucket and mug

Good location. Good staff. Over all good family stay. Neat clean room. Spacious rooms. Good for short stay.

It was a good experience. The rooms are very neat and clean. Staff behaviour was nice. We enjoy it a lot.

Flush was not working. Room was dirty. Terrible experience. Would request to inspect room before booking. Room was very dirty. Walls were dampened from all sides. Bed sheets we’re very dirty and uncomfortable. Ac was switched off without informing from main switch.

Room was at 3rd floor without any lift and it was very difficult to go to third floor from zero meter. Tv was there but not working. Staff were getting irritated when asked for something and service was very poor. Only there was 2 hours late in check out due to delay in darshan at kal bhairav but it was very hard to convince owner for not charging extra. Very adamant very behaviour of staff.

Overall great stay. Room size was big. The third bed in the room was made of the sofa. Washroom was clean. Also asked for room cleaning after 2nd day.

Rooms are good for stay only, food are not available as there is no restaurant in hotel. Hotel situated at walking distance from katra railway station, this is the only benefit.

Though i have opted for without food, but a complimentary morning tea should have been there.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Location very good. Helpful l staff. Overall good stay.
