Being a family stay there is no proper items are in bathroom except the towel. view is not good from balcony it's near by huts homes and no proper clearing services. Price is high and no such services are provided and hence I could not recommend this from this budget

Hotel staff was very courteous. Another plus point of hotel is that it is at walking distance from Katra station so u save a lot of time and money! Thanks to wonderful hotel staff for very nice stay. Along with my mesmerising experience of visiting Mata Vaishno devi , Hotel’s comfort will also be a memory of my stay.
