The location was very close to the market and the train station along with the view of the mountains and temple could be seen from the room. Food and service were also very adequate no complaints at all. Overall would stay again if needed.

The room alloted to you is the one of the best room with absolutely new wash room, if you were having any cleaning issue you should have contacted to Reception Counter which you never did. Incase you were having any other issue it was better to inform hotel autho.Not agree with you review rities Thanks GM

Property is not good. AC id not working and the men working in the hotel is always looking money from the customers. They can loot by giving flash suggestions on cab bookings and other information. I have paid fir 2 days cab that too non AC one. Very cunning staff and even owner also not responding on the quarries

Hotel shree ram , katra was not at all a hotel worth staying. When we went there, they gave us a pathetic room where in AC was not working and room was smelling so bad. Then after that they gave us a different room , where TV remote buttons were broken, bedsheet was torn. Walls were broken and electric wire were coming out and it was so risky. Hospitality was terrible. It was giving a feeling of dharamshala with zero maintenance👎
