Hotel Jagdamba

Absolutely pathetic property and people there. Everything mentioned on their website and MMT's website is all lie and looks complete and in glove of MMT and the Hotel. Right from entry to exit, we cursed ourselves as to why we chose this property and also MMT. I think I am done with MMT also, it's big cheating. I don't know how MMT onboards these members without doing anything diligence authentication check

Excellent, clean and good behavior. Service is really awesome and behavior is pretty good. Room were clean and food was taste.

The staff at the hotel is very bad. Both staff at the reception as well as the restaurant are not accommodating on very basic asks. Rooms are not well kept, washrooms has some or the other issue ( we booked 2 rooms and one had flush issue and in other sink waste pipe was missing). Food is below average and will never recommend this property

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel during our trip to Vaishno Devi. The location was perfect—just a short 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive from Katra Railway Station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The property itself was beautiful, with a lush green park and swings that added a touch of serenity. Having breakfast outdoors in the sun was a refreshing change from the usual buffet experience and truly enhanced our stay. The food was delightful, especially the parathas and chole bhature, which were absolutely delicious. While we booked deluxe rooms and found them satisfactory, we were particularly happy to have a room connected to a spacious balcony in the front (facade area), which provided a lovely view. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality, especially from Abhi Sharma at the restaurant. His warm and welcoming nature, even during busy breakfast and dinner hours, ensured that guests were well taken care of. His willingness to accommodate last-minute requests, including a late-night request for a glass of milk for a baby in our group, speaks volumes about his dedication to guest satisfaction. I firmly believe that while a property’s brand, ambiance, and food are important, it is the service that truly makes a place stand out. Thanks to the outstanding hospitality, I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and will certainly return for another stay in the future.

the rooms were spacious but on different floors. Food quality is good at reasonable prices. Excellent service and support staff. A little far from Banganga shrine gate.

1. Receptionists are very gentle and polite. Behaviour is also decent. 2. The room is good but little old. Needs some renovation. But quite well as well connectivity. 3. To stay for mata rani darshan it's ok.

Location. Ok food. Not tried ambience. Ok room. Too small. Linen. Not good. Amenities in room. Not good. Toilet. Smelly.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel jagdamba. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!

No reception call recieve. No kitchen call recieve. I order coffee no coffee delivered i order water no water delivered no geyser working no tv working. Bad hotel

It was a very bad experience to stay at this hotel. They do not provide amenities as mentioned while booking unless you call them and ask for them, such as toiletteries, kettle, toilet paper, dental kit and many more things. Also, the hand spray in the washroom was not working properly, there was continuously fowl smell in the washroom, toilet paper hanger was broken, there was small red cockroaches, chair was broken. The list would be endless. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
