They don’t have clean rooms. Don’t go with this property. They don’t have proper staff. So try to find some other property

Hotel is good. With regards to stay and services

Need to improve in fooding. Signage is improper on d way. Needs lift in hotel. Rest is good free cab service is excellent

Neat and clean room. Staff behaviour is very polite and supportive. Free drop facility to baa n ganga. Recommended for stay restaurant provided by hotel is very good.

On first day room no. 203 was given to me. The toilet of this room is not clean. A bad smell was coming constantly. On second day room no. 204 was allotted after my complaint. Special attention should be given towards cleanliness.

Very bad hotel, rubbish room, no facility, looting only customers, making fool. I will not do this mistake again

Location is good walkable distance from market and peaceful. Rooms were quite big in size with all stuff provided. Cleaning could have been better. Banganga drop should have been complementary (as i had seen on other posts) but not sure why i was charged 600. Rest is ok.

We had a family trip with 05 rooms bookings, hotel reception was able to provide booking on same floor which was good for us. Rooms were good, washroom cleaning could be better. We would rate this as good hotel which can be much better with some basis housekeeping & good maintenance.

They help you in picking and drop to banganga, which is very helpful. The hotel is near by market and it’s connected to all the necessary spot for darshan

Bathroom was not clean. Most of the things were broken. The hotel manager behaved rudely. As we were allotted room near the reception there was lot of disturbance. All the facilities mentioned while booking the room were not given to us. We were afraid to order food from their restaurant so we preferred food from outside. They charge too much according to the quality of the rooms

Food took ages to cook and when questioned on the quality they rudely said this is how we serve. Ordered milk in night which was not but water added to 2 tea spoon of milk which resulted in diarrhoea. Dnt know how to talk and when we were checking out they all of a sudden became very humble. Asking us notnto book through make my trip instead call them directly

Hotel views are really amazing, very spacious room with neat & clean. Staff is also very polite and well behave.

Hotel is very neat and clean. Rooms are also very neat and clean along with washroom. Staff is very nice and eager to serve its guests, weather at midnight. Room service is good. Had ample parking space. Provide free pick up and drop through hotel vehicle. Food needs to be improved a little. Definitely recommend this hotel to stay weather you are with family/friends or couple.

Electric shock from the shower tap, cockroach colonies in the bed. No packed water bottle, hot water supply tap was not working. Dirty bedsheets. Only 50% items are available in the menu. Curd was sour. All the taps are leaked, toilet pot is also leaked. They don't provide free packed water bottles, no toiletries etc etc. In total don't even think to book this hotel.
