Review Of Hotel Om Karan Residency

For basic amenities like toiletries and hot water even you have to call reception, first they verify if you right or not,then they will send there staff multiple times assuring you to get problems solved,,,blanket stinks like ykkk wrost experience ever

The room has cockroaches and the behaviour of manager was not polite as earlier he told me that he will provide me cab . and they way he was telling me this was very rude

Manager was very cooperative and helpful. Good ambiance.

Mattress was damaged, not comfortable for sleeping. Didn't change the room as no room was available. Cleaning was not done properly. Hair and plastic wrapper was not removed.

Hotel was awesome and located is near by railway station which is very helpful for us to reach at in few minutes. Food was also good but it could be more good as per price. Hotel staff are very polite

This hotel is good for family nice

It is a budget hotel. . Rooms are okay but amenities require a bit of improvement like electric kettle. Bathing soap etc. Room service needs a bit of improvement. They have limited capacity to handle. Hotel staff is friendly and good part is that they provide a pick and drop facility.

Totally bad. Tea is was too bad. Roti was too bad.
Hotel staff behavior is too bad specially reception madam and also all reception staff. His room TV, bathroom was found in bad condition and his room also in bad condition. Not provide any facilities when we ask why are you not provide anything then staff said your booking is from make my trip therefore no any facilities gives to you.

Plus anybody not come at this hotel.
Bad hotel. Please return my money. Also misbehaving to guest.
