Hotel's room are very clean and hygienic, good environment, good staff and supportive and valuable price ,only resturant facility are not available I will give 4.5 rating out of 5

Staff behavior is very good. Hotel is in good location and neat and clean and management is also good.

Staff non responding. Housekeeping too poor. Rooms not so clean. Provide used bedsheet Bathroom fittings not working properly.

Terrible. The geyser was not working as it was too much cold weather in katra we bathed with cold water. The water was too less like we have to call the management again and again. The bedsheets were not clean the balcony was also neither clean. The wifi was not working. The staff was too bad

This hotel was very poor kind of place and the receptionist is a very rude and bad kind of person so this is very bad hotel

We reached around midnight, the room was not proper clean, cockroaches were roaming around on the floor. Staff didn't provide any towel and drinking water on arrival.

Very poor hotel, there are no food service after 11:00pm and there are no slippers, no clothes hangers, bathrooms are very dirty, they will not provide morning kits, water drainage from roof over all poor experience

The hotel stay was very comfortable. The view from the gallery was amazing. The helipad is quite close to this hotel. The staff was very courteous and service was prompt. It is a very good hotel and value for money. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting katra for devi darshan.

Cockraoches were there in 1st floor rooms, had to pay 500rs more to shift the room from 1st floor to second floor

It was good, hotel is near to railway station and market, mall, multiplex. You will find good options for food

Good stay but required good cleaning specifically washroom. As the hygiene was not properly maintained as no soap no toilet papers no no shampoo in the room

Make my trip has been excellent service provider and the hotel i chose from mm t site was same as it appeared on the site. It was a lovely stay at hotel shree palace. It gave me home like feeling and my family members liked it. Overall a good experience! thank you!

Hotel staff is very loose and room is not clean tv not working and also bath room tanki is chowk on an average hotel fine only

Not much great experience but average stay, no complaints but can manage little better as it is big property just some maintenance is required.

Booked the property with breakfast, but until 8. 30 a. M, breakfast was not available. Reason: cook will come only after 8 a. M, and due to rakshaandhan, people are on leave

Very poor service hotel offered in breakfast only two options. We can take Paranthas or Poha. I asked hotel guy to give 3 paranths and 1 poha for 2 persons, Hotel guy simply refused saying you can either take paranthas or poha so choose any one. I was like shocked. Then TV was there but remote not working. No intercom in room. No drinking water in room. When i called he simply told me to contact reception so i reacted that there is no intercom then this man asked me stating KOI BAAT NAHI ITNE CHAUREY KYON HO RAHE HO .This hotel claim 3 star category But it is worst than even budget hotel.

Absolutely no value of time worst hotel in terms of service, very poor room service, kitchen almost no service.
