Imperial Hotel

No pickup and drop facility provided by hotel. Hotel is very near to Katra railway station. Neat and clean room.

The room was pretty clean, had great restaurant with delicious food and the staff were courteous. And we even got a view of the pilgrimage route from our room. Great hotel, 10/10, highly recommended.

We stayed for 4 nights with my family of 12 people, and our experience was wonderful! From check-in to luggage management, everyone was very helpful and attentive. The hotel was super clean and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us — even assisting with warming up milk for the baby. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended!

good hotel stuff are good . room bed sheet pillow bed all were cleaned and good, washroom was cleaned and soap bar available l inside the washroom as a complimentary , there were no any toothpaste, also hot water geyser not available in 3rd floor for hot water need to inform reception, restaurant was good food price was comparable with market price only mineral water price RS 30 instead of 20, no pick up and dropping facility available in hotel.

Worstest hospitality.illmanned,uneducated,unprofessional staff’s behaviour including managers.Rooms were dirty,washrooms flushes not working .Never recommend to anyone.Mmt must blacklist this property for life.

1. Hotel Staff was casual 2. Room allotted was changed twice and complaint was raised to MMT 3. Reception was non responsive most of the time. No one picks the phone. Even at the time of exit no one picked the phone to take the hand over of room keys. I had to search and find the person to say that we are leaving. 4. Rooms are average 5. There is no supervision of senior person at the Hotel

I recently stayed at the Imperial Hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my stay, which made the overall atmosphere very uncomfortable. Additionally, the room I was given was much smaller than what was shown in the pictures . The photos are clearly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition or size of the room. Overall, I am not at all happy with the services provided. I would not recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Room was dirty ..it has termites all over it.. no shampoo, toothpaste were given …manager was very rude to us ….only food was good thing about the hotel
