We can see Holy Trikuta Parwat from room. Location of this hotel is best as near bus stand as well Katra Market. A little more effort be done for cleaning of rooms I.e . Staff cooperative.

Terrible Stay

We had booked 2 rooms at Hotel Vinayak, Katra for a 2-day family trip, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The washrooms were extremely unclean — it appeared they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and to our shock, we found cockroaches roaming freely in the room, including on the bed. On Day 1, breakfast was not provided despite being included. When inquired, we were told only parathas and toast were available, and parathas would take an hour to prepare. With no other option, we had to leave without breakfast for our Darshan. On Day 2, when we returned late in the evening and requested a water bottle, we were told they couldn’t provide one as the shop was closed. Surprisingly, there was a water supplier right next door, which made the excuse even more disappointing. I understand budget accommodations have limitations, but cleanliness and basic amenities like drinking water should never be compromised. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards for future guests.
