It is very much obvious that none of the guests even in a guest house is provided with the torn towels, if really it was there you must have asked at the time of check-in, when the towel and toiletries are given. Moreover, your statement is itself contradictory that there was no ventilation but the windows are open in someone's house. To whom with you deal at reception and get check-in when there was none at the reception. However, you are the customer and have the privilege to say any thing. But the truth prevails always. As it is in this case. To have the tendency to criticize for the sake of criticism has no other solution then to apology. Thus we apology for the discomfort at our property. Regards
