Tridev Hotel

Location is 1.5 km away. Staff is polite too. The cleaniness wasnt upto the mark. There were stains on the sheets, cushion covers, blankets. Washroom had a weird smell that wouldnt go away even after the exhaust fan was on. Also there were marks on the tiles and commode. I wont say it was too bad but this can be easily cleaned. They also charged 1000 more for mattress while it is included in the room with 3 people.

The stay was excellent. The location, food, facilities, cleanliness and the staff was brilliant as well. Would surely recommend it.

Nice spacious room and location along with ample parking space. Very close to niharika bhawan and rfid collection centre in katra. Trikuta mountain view from room is very nice for banganga as well as tarakot side.

Well-located for pilgrims and devotees planning to visit the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi temple. The temple yatra centre is also very near, about 150-200 metres. Hotel amenities are decent. In-room dining service is timely, room service response is good. Good value for the money paid.

Staffs are warm and welcoming and prompt in reverting to any requests and requirements. I had booked 3 rooms and out of which one room had mesmerizing view of mata vaishnodevi. It was absolutely wonderful stay.

It was an awesome experience. Staff is polite and cooperative. Food quality, quantity & rate was very genuine. You will get freshly cooked food here. Complete recommendation.

Early check in hotel a very good experience. Room location s also very good. Hygiene of room and bathroom is very good. Room service is excellent. But food served on 20th evening is not up to the mark as expected. Otherwise all is excellent. All staff members are cooperative and generally behaved. No thanks

Excellent property to stay for a solo traveller

Had a great comfort and hotel management gave me a ground floor room and the staff was very good and supportive. The owner mr. Dharamveer was very nice and guided me how to get a helicopter ride to vaishno devi bhavan.

Hotel staff are good and helpful

Ac in the room stopped working next morning. Ask for water but it has not been made available. I have to follow up by walking at reception almost 10 times then hot water is served though i order for cold water. Food was very unhygienic we all got sick very next day after eating food from that hotel.
