Very bad condition of room no cleaning the bad sheet tolet is very dirty condition

Open parking provided which means no safety of vehicles. Also not provided toilet papers. Towels are not cleaned

Room cleaning old garbage also there. Staff not supporting like i ask for that. Gezaer also not working. Overall bad experience there

Very weird experience, the booking was made for executive room while they gave us semi-executive stating that these are peak hours and hence rooms are unavailable, secondly the room service dial was not working (why have they placed a telecom when the line is not even connected) further they blame each other for inadequacy in the room services and they argue with each other (just right before the doorstep) don't even provide water even after asking twice and then react like "ma'am it wasn't me whom you asked water, he is another guy. The only thing i liked was clicking pictures in the gallery as the aesthetics were kinda good! otherwise from no electricity, no water for drinking and bathing to no cleaning.

Staff behavior was rude and the taps in the washroom are not working. They even denied to give the towel.
