Review Of The Vaishno Devi Hills, Katra

The Vaishno Devi Hills Katra is at good location, near to market. Room space was good. But the food quality and stay was not good as per the Hotel tariff. There were no amenities like saving kit, bathing soap etc available in washroom. Towels provided were wet and not properly cleaned.

5. had a wonderful experience at hotel vaishno devi hills. the rooms were clean and spacious, staff was helpful and the location is perfect - just few minutes from market and yatra base. highly recommend.

Hotel was clean and as per standards. Staff could have been more helpful with taxi and guidance as we were travelling at odd hours

The reception guy who completed my check in was not polite and customer service oriented. The water bottle on the 2nd day were not given to me. When asked they gave me 1 litre bottle when I objected that I should be getting 2 bottles. The guy said that’s what we offer. The room had cockroaches. Plus the kettle in which team was served was filthy. The pillows had moulds and smelly. I had to put towel over the pillow to sleep. I would rather pay more and stay somewhere else cleaner. However the kitchen guys and servers were good.

The property was nice , neat & clean rooms , with a good parking for cars. The food was also good , but our room geyser was out of order and not working because of which we had to bath with cold water in scorching cold weather there on the day of our yatra . Overall good experience except for hot water facility. They also provided us cab service for dropping us to the yatra starting point!!!

Stay was good at vaishnu devi hills hotel, however electricity frequently cut and guyser is not working during that time. Also tea is available between 7 am to 10 am. So, if you need tea at 6 am you need to step out from hotel to local market.

They do not provided pick up facility from ban ganga. Also the driver was also rude. Not recommended

Rooms are quite specious, provide all necessary items like three comfortable beds, hot water, morning tea products, tv etc. Staff was also very cooperative but lenen, bedsheet was not clean. It's need improvement. Location of hotel is good.

I had a nice time at hotel the vaishno devi hills, katra. The stay was comfortable and the rooms were decent. The hotel location is excellent and the main bazaar is at a walking distance. I will definitely consider this again on my next visit to katra

The hotel location is good, but the food is not that good. Also they charged me additional money for early check-in hence it is not value for money. The good part is a small park at the backyard

Convenient location and comfortable stay at reasonable prices. Was a little difficult to find the place as a first timer. Many rickshaw and cabs drop you on main road and you have to walk the about 100 meters up to the hotel

It was only average though the location is good but the approach to the hotel is bad. Rooms are not maintained. Washroom latch was broken. Generally not a place where i would want to stay again.

It was an average experience during my stay at hotel. Tea is good. Some noise pollution. Nobody picked phone at 5am in the morning, so i had to carry my baggage from room to outside the hotel.
