i booked premium room in this hotel.Don’t believe what thay write about amenties or service on their Profile.i arrived in katra even i have to face rude behaviour of owner when i asked him for things mentioned on voucher. they mention complimentary pick up and drop service but i have to reach hotel by walk due to strike and when i arrived at hotel the owner said we don’t provide this service even when i entered room he provide tap water after some arguments he provide water bottle free of charge. like lot of thing they mention slippers ,clean towel, hair dryer blaw blaww. if i need to rate them for cleaniless or other sevice i go for 2/5 just only for meal i had in this hotel otherwise guest can see lot of hairs on bedsheet and messy pillows

Rooms were ok, service was good, if you get room on 3rd floor, then problem as there is no lift in hotel. There is kake ka dhaba just opposite, use it for food. They do not clean room on daily basis, we were surprise that room was not clean when we returned from darshan. Even we have given keys for cleaning they asked that you have not asked for cleaning.

Property is good. Rooms are clean but stinky due to not having exhaust fans in bathroom. Tv not working as cable plan is expired. Shower is leaking. Even one extra bed is charged seperately.

The quality is reducing each time i visit this hotal. The hotal is located in prime area but they are not focusing on the quality, seriveses.

The stay was horrible the rooms are not the way its shown in photos and the staff is very rude, and the hotel does not even provide complimentary water which every hotel does, overall the stay is horrible.

Food quality isn't good and staff also not coprative properly.

Hostel was clean and it was safe for couple. It was near to patnitop location. Recommended to visit this place and enjoy your day.

It was a very nice stay at the hotel nek, especially the hospitality and service was beyond expectations. They provided fresh dinner at 11:30 pm even when they were about to secure everything in the kitchen. Full points for this service.

Extremely poor hotel, light goes for 15-30 mins without hotel staff switching generator. Reception staff is equally poor in dealing with customers. There are many hotels nearby, please stay in them. Rooms are also not good. I had a poor experience.

It was not a very comfortable feeling to stay at nek hotel. The rooms were spacious but the linen, pillows and mattresses were not clean. Additional bed was not available and a very cheap quality mattress was provided.

Hotel property is pathetic and not at all stay worthy. More than than felt cheated as picture n facility shown were not there in actual. Rooms were very bad, on the name of breakfast, they just served parantha only with no buffet arrangements. No pr ope dining area, just like a dharamshala. Staff was also not courtsious. Like a nightmare, very poor infra and old prooerty from inside. No lift, very bad day, pl be careful as this is not at all a stay worthy hotel

hotel is good neat and clean near to railway station. images of the hotel match the images provided.. @walkable distance from all the important places like bad ganga check post, railway station and bus stand. loved the stay.

Worst hotel they gave some problem with delhi people talking rudely room i have never seen this kind of room service in my whole life. While the rooms are nice and the geyser and air conditioning work, they need to install fly catchers immediately to combat the menace of flies. Also service is very poor, could not get our room cleaned even after repeated requests. Room was not so clean. Bed & bed sheets were sinking not wash. Straight from providing service to staff cooperation was at worst. Even after complaining the attention was paid was disappointing. Won't prefer again. No lift facility. No electric cattle facility. Bathroom cleanliness was not good. Very bad experience.

As you mentioned in the hotel details that i will get the mineral water, but the hotel i’m not provided the mineral water to me. Bad experience with you guys
