It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. Staff were very good, supportive, humble. Food taste is okay okay. Else everything is great.

Hotel service was not good they did not provide 3rd person correct bedding

Good location, near main road and Market. Room was spacious and wel organised. bathroom clean and healthy with exhaust fan and geyser. food was ok ok.Room service was fine. reception,lift, stairs, etc was fine and good.

Firsty they denied for checkin and was asking for more money to pay . As was saying that we can't given room and was asking us to talk with MMT

I stayed here with my family. I had chosen the property ratings however my experience was quite opposite of the ratings the lower floor rooms were having moisture smell so had to ask for change of room. the staff was quite arrogant and the service was poor. even toiletries were not provided except a soap that too 1 per person. had to repeatedly call for towels, kettle, extra matress. would not recommend the property for family stay.
